| There’s only so much Mechamaru could’ve done when he was fighting with Mahito, with Geto serving as a spectator, who in all honesty would’ve jumped over Mechamru the moment he might have overpowered Mahito… though that’s just a might, as yes, Mechamru did everything he could, using years worth of cursed energy while sitting within his MEGAZORD.. to no use in the end. Mohito used his doman expansion, and that’s all it took to lay the final blow on Mechamaru… except Mechamru using a simple domain out of nowhere did take Mahito and Geto by surprise, though that ended up being nothing but a false hope in the end. They made this fight look as creepy as they could’ve, and it looked good, of course. Still just the start and Mechamru’s already gone. Didn’t care much about Mechamru but still now he’s gone, and with that we kick started the Shibuya arc, FINALLY… 31st October being the date, the time of Halloween and things have taken an AWFUL AWFUL turn already with the whole of Shibuya under a huge ass curtain separating people. Bad guys are demanding just one thing… for Gojo to make an appearance. If this episode was already a tragedy, then the next few ones will be just…  |

| Mechamaru goes full-on battle mode against Mahito which you could totally expect since it is Mahito after all. While Mechamaru was using his stored-up CE of all those years against Mahito. Mahito seemed to be having no problems at all. Even after Mechamru gave his all in this fight, he was no match for someone like Mahito even after he gave Mahito some trouble at times. That flashback was sweet. RIP Mechamaru. The second half focused on Shibuya and the people trapped inside the veil over Shibuya. And, here comes Satoru Gojo. Let the Shibuya Incident begin. Btw, incredible animation in today's episode even tho it was heavily ghosted and dimmed. But still what an episode. The staff went really hard on this episode even tho it is not the most important episode but I appreciate it so much. Also, loved hearing S1 OSTs. Can't wait for the next week. |

| It's really sad how Mechamaru thought he had a chance when in truth it was really hopeless from the very beginning with Geto being there as well.. Mahito taking dubs this season, tho. Was a dope ass fight. Loved how they paid hommage to Gurren Lagann. |

| Sheesh what a fight, it was intense and Mappa COOKED with the animation. Sure it's a shame that they had to do a lot of dimming since ya know, casually giving your audience seizures left and right is kind of a bad thing, but eh, we'll survive. That did very little to take away from my enjoyment of the action. That conversation Miwa had with the Mechamaru doll 😭😔😭 Mechamaru was never a favorite of mine but it's sad that he won't be able to go back to his friends. The 2nd half of the episode served to set up the main event of the season, the long-awaited and highly anticipated Shibuya Incident. Last weeks episode and today's episode were simply appetizers, starting from next week until the end, it's a nonstop main course. Also, I loved the anime-original content they added. I believe the scene where Mahito was quickly dodging the beams was original, and the last part of the fight right before it cut to the Miwa conversation was extended compared to how it happened in the manga. Also, actually seeing the people in Shibuya get sucked into the curtain was an original scene. I'm always a fan of extending fights and adding scenes that help flesh out the story. |

| For the first time Simple Domain was effectively shown in JjK. I remember Miwa was useless, she couldn't even use it properly, but Mechamaru was smart enough to almost Destroy an S-grade like Mahito, I swear he wouldn't survive that although if he didn't have that quick response. I should say He is one of those villains who seems like a nutcracker but actually have a good presence of mind, also a lucky one with Plot Armour just like Geto. Mahito's domain is always fascinating....Poor Miwamaru ◞( •௰• )◟ Gojo Sensei made an appearance with some confusion in the crowds mind? ヽ(*ﾟｰﾟ*)ﾉ Ah yes,the conspiracy, The Shibuya Incident, has finally begun. | Mahito vs Mechamaru was sick but unfortunately it still wasn't enough to kill Mahito. I sure hoped he would survive but the outcome was obvious from the start. The veil is set and people are trapped, Gojou the man himself went to solve the issue but you guys won't believe what's about to happen next. |

Mahito vs Mechamaru is one of the most pointless fights of the series imo. There was barely any real tension outside of the usual "we need to kill each other" crap. The fight itself was pretty damn good, especially the final bit with the Gurren Lagann vibes. Unfortunately Mechamaru's death wasn't all that surprising nor emotional. Just felt like filler.
On another note, Shibuya Incident arc finally kickstarts. Super excited for what's to come. Hopefully they do justice to the manga.

| Mechamaru's fight sure turned full mecha for sure. A valiant attempt but one that was doomed from the start given his opponents. The saddest part was that he never got to tell Kasumi how he felt. Figures the Shibuya strike would take place on one of its most busiest days in the form of Halloween. Simul events hit this arc sure is looking up. Curious to see how this arc goes. But so far they handled the tension pretty well. |

| Sucks that Mechamaru went bye bye. But it was to be expected. I also felt like Mahito was just playing with him or just had good calculations. Well. The Shibuya many talked with rumor is finally about to begin. Hopefully this goes well. Every time I hear the opening I felt like it is the villain’s or antagonist’s time to shine and bring hell to the field. |
| Kusakabe said that he had a peek inside the veil earlier, but can Gojo get out of the veil if he wants? I don't think so. I think it's really a trap to surround Gojo alone. What about Mechamaru? Did he really die? It's really a loss. This episode is just Insane, it made me think a lot. |
