| This episode makes me grin from ear-to-ear. It's hilarious how Kyoko's dad (Kyousuke) and Sengoku's dad (Takeru) are arguing like high schoolers. Feels as if the kids themselves are the ones acting as adults in that scene. Also, the way that Miyamura licks/cleans Hori's fingers is a turn-on to Hori! She blushed! She really likes it when Miyamura gestures like this towards her! 🥰 |

I also forgot these little segments that were cut out from Season 1 because it's been so long since I read the manga. I'm glad that I'm not the only one enjoying these side stories of this show. 😊How in the hell did they all manage to tangle their legs like that, that Kotatsu is indeed bad news. I find it funny that Souta was just sleeping while all of that chaos was going on. That kiss was pretty damn smooth, way to go Miyamura for improving Hori's mood with that move. I love the dynamics between the Hori family and the Sengoku family, it's funny and one is at the mercy of the other haha. Takeru and Kyousuke are always a treat to see, both being fathers and adults but acting like teenagers whenever they argue and bicker about whatever topic they manage to land on. I dunno if it's just me, but every episode continues to bring a bigger and bigger smile on my face. Is anyone else suffering from this overwhelming exposure to wholesomeness and comedy? Very enjoyable and funny episode, I'll see you all next Saturday. Anyone want a tangerine? |

Even though I know Hormiya: The Missing Pieces are just side stories, well...these side stories are fleshing out the comedic aspects of the manga that were left out in the main series! 😊 I'm glad CloverWorks decided to animate the chapters they cut out from the 1st season of the anime.New episode, new page that filled. Everyone in that household fell asleep in that Kotatsu but Miyamura wanted to go to the bathroom but he can't because he is tangled with Hori & Kyousuke but they finally got themselves loose. Sengoku got abducted by Kyousuke and also fell asleep there lmfao, Miyamura & Sengoku thought that they were in a game. Miyamura & Hori kissed but actually Miyamura gave an orange to Hori. Tooru, Miyamura & Sengoku look through photo albums and Miyamura gets called an lolicon lol. Sengoku's father & Sengoku got abducted by Kyousuke and the 2 fathers had their arguments against each other which was funny. Sengoku is not ready to tell his father that he's dating Remi. The episode ends with Miyamura licking Hori's finger clean, well that's something. |

| Top tier goodness!! This episode was entertaining, definitely the best so far! I would love a to witness a movie with purely this type of energy & interactions. The only thing this episode was missing was a bit more Souta screentime/dialog. |

| The way Sengoku hilariously suspects Miyamura of cheating with Shindo speaks to her adorable insecurities about their relationship and the boys around them. It adds a charming touch of vulnerability to her character. It's rather amusing how the Sengokus being teased by the Horis has become somewhat of a delightful tradition. Witnessing the playful banter between Papa Sengoku and Kyosuke, akin to high schoolers, was absolutely delightful and brought a smile to my face. |

| Everyone is resting on the kotatsu, and of all the people, it has to be Hori's dad Kyousuke coming in the reign to literally twist their legs lols. Souta is innocent in this, thankfully. Between the couple and the latter's father, getting their legs entangled is comical in and of itself, and thankfully they managed to escape scot-free. Though they continued sleeping on the kotatsu, Kyousuke routed Sengoku, because Hori and his family have been embroiled in a literal family feud, literally sending him into the kotatsu battlefield. But the messages mistakenly sent by Shindo to him, Hori's thinking that he and Shindo are having an affair of their own. Hori is being inflicted by mikans, though he did give a kiss by literally transferring food to her mouth lols. Miyamura and Ishikawa over at Sengoku's house looking at old album photos between himself and Hori, they have been childhood friends for a very long time. Though Hori still thinks that changing in front of Sengoku is alright, to Miyamura it is a taboo. And the retaliation between Hori and Sengoku's father, it's the same likewise, facing an existential crisis as two families in a nostalgic feud because their parents go way back. But the fact that he's dating Remi, this is not known by his father as a secret yet, and both Hori and Miyamura are timebombs waiting to strike at the right time, though Sengoku's father adamantly refuses to acknowledge, fighting with Kyousuke like back in their high school days. The fact that he can't tell her, Sengoku will keep his dating with Remi a secret forever. What a delight to see the Horis and Sengokus get along in their madness, though Miyamura is the one innocent outsider. Nice. |
