| This is without a doubt one of the greatest things anime i saw in a while ! Hope the other episode comes out fast !!!! |
| Amazing episode. Music was on point the enitre hour and my favorite part was Hange's death. I am not huge on reading manga but seeing that animated was peak animation. The last part with all the avengers reunited was also kind of cool. Having the last 10 chapters being adapted into 2 episodes, whatever their length is, is something that I will never like. I don't like this ending format for a show like Attack on Titan and I will never understand the reasons behind it. Let's hope they end it well. |

| This was phenomenal. Amazing adaptation. The animation was great and the pacing was perfect. I’m glad we got to enjoy this part for what it is. Eren’s motivations and the gang’s determination were all perfectly conveyed. The characters have gone on quite the journey throughout the series. I do wish they kept the part with the baby… but that could be used for the opening of the next part. |
| As a manga reader, I’m just here to experience pain again. The rumbling scene was insane. The animation is on a whole other level. Thank you, Mappa. |

| A fucking shame that some of the most powerful Rumbling panels weren't adapted. To be fair, tho, it was still brutal with some great anime original additions. Hange's sacrifice was done justice as well. Probably my favorite moment overall here. And the entrance of the alliance was also epic. 8,5/10 |

| I guess I lost interest in this show because I wasn’t hyped at any point watching this. It might also be because I forgot everything that happened but the ED song was nice. |

| [Explanation of the deep aspects of Hanji death scene ①〜⑤] ①When Moblit sacrificed his own life to protect Hanji from the Colossal Titan's blast, he saved Hanji by pushing her down a well with his right hand, and now that Hanji is dead, he lifts him up with his right hand as well. ②When Erwin was Commander of the Survey Corps, he always told Hanji to keep her conversations with his short, just important things, but now that he has fulfilled his role, he told Hanji, "I will listen to your story slowly". ③ In the manga, the title of the chapter in which Hanji's death is depicted is 'Wings of Freedom'. 'Zoe' means life vitality in Greek. Hanji is the only one wearing the uniform with the Wings of Freedom symbol on it in the member, and she take her turn to turn, full of vitalityas her name implies. The figure is likened to the 'Wings of Freedom' as she heads towards the Titans with her 3-D maneuver gear for the freedom of humanity. However, ironically, she burns to death when her mantle of freedom wings catches fire, but her resolve is so strong and refreshing that it doesn't seem that tragic. She was not at all caught up in history or revenge, but kept going with her insatiable inquisitiveness and curiosity. In that sense, too, she is the 'Wings of Freedom'. ④ Shadis is not wearing the uniform of the Training Corps, but the uniform of the Survey Corps with the Wings of Freedom symbol. This is probably because for Hanji he was not an instructor, but a former commander whom she admired. ⑤ As an aside, I think the reason Sasha faces backwards is because she's eating potatoes so that Instructor Shadis doesn't find out. 😂 |
