Eh, source readers and nostalgia fans overreacting as usual. Part 6 started off pretty strong, but ended up being too comical and dragged. The overly saturated exposition dumps and explanations from the characters could really take a backseat as well. 6/10.

Probably one of the worst endings I've ever since in all media. Odd thing is that I don't even like Jojo that much, but I was enjoying Stone Ocean up to this last part, it is really bad.

as a fan of Jojo from back in the day when the first ovas in the 90's got released I gotta say this part 6 Stone Ocean was probably the most bizarre in terms of powers, story and fights that I have seen. There where a couple of things i did not like: for example some of the stands got too damn crazy for the story, Pucci's voice actor didn't really fit the character, the music was meh, and the locations got monotonous. Although the positives are the crew and characters, that crew Jolyne made was more enjoyable to watch than previous crews of Jojo. Anasui, Weather, Jolyne, Ermes, F.F., and EMporio were really fun and entertaining. I'm very skeptical in the final score i'm gonna give it tho, was gonna give it a 6 out of 10 but that ending credits really spoiled a lot of the new universe and stuff that 1-nobody from the looks of it is talking about it and 2-I really loved what Araki did there which was freaking brilliant, let me explain in case you missed the ending credits:

In the ending credits it is confirmed a lot of things that I dont know if in the manga were confirmed, for example all the characters from all the parts from
1-6 were brought back to that new universe and had great regular lives (nothing bizarre in them). During the first image in the credits that shows part 1 you can clearly see Jonathan Joestar running with the dog that Dio killed and burned in the first universe in part 1, but the dog is alive in this new universe, and already grown and with Jonathan like if Dio never existed or if he did then he was a good person. Everyone in every part (from 1-6) is shown to be together, alive and well, like if nothing bizarre and tragic really happened. Which literally tells you that the universe reseted but in a positive way for the Joestars and their friends. So the fact is in this new universe the Joestars and friends had great lives and never got killed by stands and vampires. Dont know how part 7 will play in all this, but those credits in the end were really good and is making me give the last part (3) of Stone Ocean a 7 or an 8.

edit: also Pucci's stand Made in Heaven defeats and is above Giovanna's GER. Made in Heaven's accelerated time does not attack directly Giorno, or anyone as a matter of fact, is more indirectly, time just happens to speed up for the universe. That ability is not intended to harm anyone, thus Giorno just happens to be collateral damage in the reset, nothing GER can do about that. also from the looks of the ending credits, Giorno was shown in this new universe to have a better life with all his friends that died in part 5, so that was cool.

what an interesting episode. Not really sure about how I feel to that conclusion to 6 entire parts, but it's whatever I guess. I do like how weather got the W, but the reset is a bit weird. I'm not really sure how this ties into the next part really, probably something to do with how the history is different. Not the best JoJo ending really, considering it didn't feature much JoJo.

He did it! He did it! Emporio did it! I can't fucking believe he did it! I'm equal parts super happy and terribly sad at the same time! That was incredible, in every sense of the word! The story of the Joestars and the people they meet really is a rising road :') I'm sure I've said this in a previous post, but I'm so glad I didn't give up on Jojo's Bizarre Adventure hahahahaha :D this story became something more than I ever could've imagined! Truly beyond my wildest dreams hahaha :) I can honestly say that Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Stone Ocean in particular, has change how I look at life. Weather Report!!!!!!! :'D

That ending was weird af with all the universe and time travel, basically the author just scrapped the original JoJo world just to get that happy end.

Honestly, Stone Ocean was the worst JoJo part. It completely lacked the adventure side which most other parts had and the stand powers went way into the unexplainable side of the scale, didn't like that at all.

One of the best JoJo episodes ever!

Jotaro saved his daughter. Jolyne saved Emporio. And Emporio finished the job.

Pucci never existed so Irene never went on her own bizarre adventure. So she isn't a JoJo and F.F. never existed as well :(

And yes! Roundabout!!!

Honestly, the 3rd part of this part was okay. I rather liked it.
I'm only sad about the opening theme, it wasn't good and catchy like the previous ones at all. Hell, I only saw the Made in Heaven opening because I deliberately looked for it(I skipped the opening every other time)
Oh yeah the plot was fine. I had already read the manga, so I wasn't really hyped or excited. Well, they did execute the anime(esp. p3) perfectly so I'm not gonna complain.

Took me forever to finish this, but this was an experience. Overall Stone Ocean is hands down the best Jojo part to be adapted. I don't even know what to expect from SBR when that gets adapted since many people say it's the best part in the entire franchise. Stone Ocean set the bar so high

I'm right there with the tissue box! Especially since it was the use of Roundabout in the outro that hooked me in the first place. I'm already a huge prog rock fan and was just getting into Anime with the first JoJo. Obviously peoples' tastes vary widely with respect to endings, but this one was perfect for me. Throw a few more ingredients into the mix: parallel universes, spacetime references, fashion houses, musical stand names, badass characters. I mean it just checks all the boxes for me. Was it perfect? Well, not quite. But pretty darn close and one of the most engaging series I've watched in awhile. I'm so close to giving it a 10 but just few stumbles along the way make it a very solid 9 for me.

Crazy Finale!!

I knew it that Weather Report Stand is the final key of this battle.

so they all die except Emporio who move into alternate universe?
I can't believe Emporio is the MVP of Part 6.

Jojo truly live up to it's name, it really is Bizarre Adventure.

I'm happy that PUCCI GUCCI now is gone but i'm sad they are all gone.

is this the reboot people talking about for Part 7? now it make sense.

Pucchi really read Slaughterhouse Five and said I'll have what he's having.

What a wonderful conclusion! The funny thing is, all the even parts wound up being the ones I really liked. An odd pattern, that. Though, from what I've heard about Steel Ball Run, I sure hope that trend doesn't continue... Now, is it time to read the manga?

This ending for one of my favourite animes was amazing. I cried when Roundabout was playing at the very end.  It was a nice detail that the ed showed all the previous Jojo´s. That means our journey with our beloved Jojo´s in this univers comes to an end. In the end I love all Stone Oceans main Characters and Jolyne as a Jojo. The final fight was amazing and breathtaking. Get reeked Pucci. Until the next adventure in another universe, with a new Jojo.

Rating of the batches:

Stone Ocean Part One: 8/10

Stone Ocean Part Two: 7/10

Stone Ocean Part Three: 10/10

overall: 8/10

The astonishing journey comes to an end! The ending of stone ocean was written amazingly whilst all the characters and plot. The best scene was when Jotaro and Jolyne meet up again after a long time. Pucci was one of Jojo's Bizzare Adventure best written villain, his character design and personality was awesome.

I just noticed they added new stuff during the OP, just like in Golden Wind.
I couldn't help but laugh when Lucci entered that visitation room and smacked that ugly version of Joutarou in the face! He really hates him despite the fact it's not him.
Ah, so that's Pucci & Dio's path to heaven plan. It is about seeing your entire fate. Interesting. I honestly like that as someone who hates surprises in life. I do agree that preparing brings true happiness. It's foolish that most people think that not knowing your future makes life interesting. Well, foresight is impossible. That's why many people can say their BS. I'm sure if we all gained the ability of foresight, most people would be glad to have that ability.
Emporio and the entire gang are lucky that although Lucci's Stand has evolved, his original ability to turn memories/Stands into disks still exist, or else those things would've vanished long ago. Lucci cannot cancel out that ability since he no longer needs it. It served as his downfall in the end. I like the way he was defeated.
Interesting ending. So, since Lucci died in that other universe, the current universe exists as if he wasn't a part of it. Hence, Dio just dies during Stardust Crusaders with no successor to his plans, and all the events in prison never happen because Lucci wasn't there to plot it in the first place. His absence also affected their names and the fate of the other cast, except Emporio. So, this is where the storyline of Jotarou & Jolyne truly ends?
I love that ED song.

Emporio beating Pucci wasn't needed but whatever, you can  just discard this episode for fanservice lovers.

The villain has won this part thanks to Jotaro respecting whamen, which is nice cuz when we first meet him he calls his mom a biatch.

Manga is always better with JoJo (READ IT!!). Good job tho, DP!

P.S. Fuck Netflix for ruining the hype for the series, personally I don't agree with shitting out all the episodes at once. Waited over a decade, could wait weekly and debate the events with fans.

Ending it in
was a mark of true authorly perfection right there, like a novel. LOL, it's always the things you forget. The room must've figured in larger in the manga...

But I must say, dividing it into cours completely destroyed the impact of this anime. Having to wait so long for the next part was a true bummer. It all would've hit really hard without the wait, but I feel like I was watching this forever. I would've rather they'd delivered it weekly like normal so we could've gotten the hype up. N#TFLIX totally destroyed this anime which sucks because the ending was a Jojo masterpiece.

I almost feel like I wanna' rewatch it but I have so many things to get to now, the anime beast is never truly slain. I haven't even had a chance to get to Vinland S2 yet...and it's fucking over. Stupid dragass separated cours...tha fuq.

The ending really did hit hard, would've been better if everything was fresher. I miss the fish lady and Jazz man, true heroes of the anime. Bless in peace, yo'. True brothers of the cause. Rise up!

Stands became too crayz in part 6. Most of the time the solutions to the fights were laughable rediculous. I really enjoyed the stands in part 4, which was a good craziness, but part 6 is just over the edge of my liking. Part 5 was a good middle ground too. Not that that matters too much with Jojo, but I really like that Araki downgraded Stands for part 7 and onwords.

Most laughable stand was probably Versus and his past history stand which let's him see and visit historical moments. I mean have to give it to Araki that he comes up with a way to make this a lethal stand which is able to kill, but come on, why would Pucci ever bet on this killing the MC?

Also on a sidenote, why Weather Forcast wasn't inserted in to someone before the final, I have no clue. They had the disc the whole time and never tried it.

On a very irrelevant note in my one track mind, I'm glad Jolyne and Anastasia ended up together. This guy is a red flag, yet somehow I ship it.

With the things wrapped up like this, does this mean the timeline is back to normal? And why is she called Irene now? Was this her real name all the time and Jolyne is just a nickname? I just realized something. The mangaka totally missed the chance to give her red hair and green eyes lol.

Edit: wait no, this is end leads to an alternate universe? It didn't reset after Emborio defeated Pucchi? The JoJo adventures we know are over? I'm shocked! They really died!!!!

Man, feels.

I didn't watch part 6 for a while cause in my head people said it wasn't a strong JOJO. I really enjoyed this version, the fact that it has female leads is gonna set it apart from all of them. The three duo's were also incredible. This'll end up being one of my favorites.

This ending and why people are a bit mixed about it makes total sense now. Memory wipe? Same cast? Or diff. multi-verse cast? But Araki implied that if they were different they'd look different (like in the prison), so they are the same? Do they have stands? Why is W.R Alive then?

What a ride, I will miss this Jojo universe a lot.
