| Talulah is not to be messed with. This episode felt very much set in a war zone in the first half, and it felt emotional like a war movie. The members from Rhodes Island fought to the end even though they knew it was futile. The camaraderie in Ace’s team was to be admired. The Oripathy is continuing to affect the members from Rhodes Island and around the world, and the future doesn’t look very bright, though it is interesting the research that goes into the science of Oripathy. |
| So not only did Talulah got crazy firepower, she got a magical barrier too. I always wonder why you can't just snipe her from miles away. Also the way she just swat Ace's away like fly, lmao. Poor Reunion's soldiers, you are all expendables. Me when they show the locations inside RI and the operators in the background. |
| Hell yeah, best girl W made an appearance! Though I gotta say I thought there would be a fight, or at least a brief scuffle like with Mephisto before. I might even be misremembering stuff from the early story, though. But, what we got was enough for now. I also nearly lost my shit when I heard FrostNova speak. She didn't have a VA listed for her in any of the promotional material like the other Reunion squad leaders, but it makes sense since she won't be making a proper appearance in Prelude to Dawn yet anyway. Awesome to even just see a glimpse of her, though. |

| That was an amazing episode. The whole talulah scene and catastrophe was terrifying just like how it was depicted in the game. Only thing that was awkward was that quick and abrupt meeting with W, they scrapped the part where she pisses off Amiya by saying that she killed one of Rhodes squad and a small fight before she leaves. I love how they neatly talked about the world while they travelled to the landship even showing survivors fleeing the city. Also the many cameos in the second half, including the kettle. |

| Favorite episode so far. Really interesting infos this time around, and the first half was full of tension, while the whole run felt kinda sad. Looking forward to the next mission. |

| It was nice seeing some of my Favorite Operators like Frostleaf and the Twins: Lava and Hibiscus. I hope to see and hear much more of them, also can't wait for Ko Ko Da Yooooooo <3 I think the writing and execution for this part was done better in the game, like Nearl got away pretty much unscathed while in the game she tried to stand against Talulah and defend everyone from her attacks but Talulah scorched every piece of Nearl's amor severe and Nearl also got badly injured. More importantly Reunion was supposed to acknowledge GigaChad Ace's Badassery after patching up his ally, when he went back Alone to his Last Stand against the Catastrophe Incarnate: Talulah Talulah was expressing Annoyance. And Mephisto was Not clueless But rather in Pure Disbelief how Ace was able to withstand Talulah's Flames, that turned the plaza into a Sea of Fire, easily melted Steel and burned half the city. At least they kept the part with Frostnova being Impressed of Ace fighting to his Dying Breath. Also Talulah burning the entire plaza and the City to ashes, reducing the ashes to Nothingness even.... they could have visualized that nicer. W i think pretty much appeared and left just like that even in the game, although there was some Mock battle before she let go of Rhodes Island but whatever. Rip Ace.... Godspeed.  |

...and the Talulah vs. Rhodes fight begins. although cut short - including some of their own comrades (RIP Ace and Guard). props to the staff at Yostar for putting on a unique battle here, showcasing Amiya and Talulah's powers, and the Catastrophe. definitely a big improvement to the action part of the story, as it was difficult to experience it in the game pretty cool to see a bunch of RI operators roaming around on the ship. Hope we get to see more of em in the future. Solid adaptation so far. we should be getting deep into Chapter 2 or 'Separated Hearts' next ep... time to go to Lungmen |

The scene with Ace and Guard takes place before Ace's last stand against Talulah. I was disappointed with how W was introduced. She just introduced her and left. In the game [spoiler] she informed them of Scout and the other recon team operators death[]. This was completely skipped in the anime. It was good to see some of the operators from the game in Rhodes Island. Episode 3 adapted the end of chapter 1. Can't wait to see Chen and Kal next week. |

| RIP Ace. I thought they would spend more time on that, but it was done fairly well, but wasn't as good as I was expecting for. Maybe I just had my expectations too high. But Guard's scene was very well executed. RI operator Camoes was hype AF. I'm surprise that the 'Shop Girl' (u know who) hasn't been introduced yet. Maybe she will be on the next episode. Also kinda found it funny how only people present in the A1 table are A1 members with alters, While A4 and A6 had their full squads. Also Yelena voice reveal, POG. Antler man when? Edit: I'm blind, they just separated the with alter and no alter table for A1. but its still amusing. |

| Talulah was quite the fearsome foe. Sometimes surviving while the rest of your friends fell can be a traumatic exp. So the base is actually a landship pretty neat idea. Before the doctor came Amiya really had a lot on her shoulders thats for sure. Reunion's overall plan looks to be the elimination of all that are not infected caring not whether who they kill are civs or military. Overall this ep was an interesting one that featured not only some nice expansion on Amiya but also on the enemies elites in the form of Talulah. While the power disparity between the two sides are still big their personalities were striking. Nice to be able to finally see the base as well. The lore about the originium though was a grim one though. |

| OMG Frostnova! My favourite non playable character in the game made a cameo. Although I already expected that she will make a cameo but still good to see that scene animated. My girl W also made her anime debut but she's on the Reunion side on this part of the story yet. The scene when the doctor was touring the ship with a glimpse of the some of the operators was nice. Deep inside me I was like, that's my early game trusty defender Cuora, my medic Myrrh, that's Castle-3, That's EarthSpirit, one of the many characters in the game voiced by Aoi Yuki, that's Yato, 12F, Firewatch, Feater, Perfumer, Suzano, Melantha, etc. I don't think they showede Kroos though. Come on, I want my Koko Da Yo. LOL! It was nice that that inside the ship they incorprate the base in the game like the factory, training area, dorms, etc. Iyt's like a mini game inside the game where you build and collect materials that you use to level up your characters. That was a nice touch. So this is the end of Chapter 1 arc of the game and we're now moving to Chapter 2. |
