A lot of storytellig from Chisato's perspective and some of her past. She didn't seem different than her present cherry self.

Honestly, I'm just glad that Chisato is still her normal self and there's still a lot of character chemistry between her and Takina. Maybe it's a calm before the storm or something for the final episodes.

I dont think Chisato is still her normalself i mean yes she seems normal but something change inside her and that not just beacause of the heart. She is more agressive like when the sence when she is on the car she shoot 2 stranger with no hesitation .Something inside her have change and i think she will eventually kill somebody infront of Takina. The cliffhanger is awesome i mean i never think that Majima will find Yoshi i wonder what plan he have in mind.Maybe use Yoshi make chisato have a 1v1 to the dead with him.

this episode made me feel some time of way. although it's nice she still acts like herself, just knowing that at the moment she will die soon is quite sad. and the flashback to when she was small after the surgery hurt, seeing her so grateful even though of whats happening to her.

Goodness, only 2 months to live. But Chisato seems pretty chill about it all though.

Takina is not though, and can't blame her. She wants to make the most of the remaining time Chiasto has left. That entire date scene with them was too darn cute! The ending of it though felt more bittersweet than anything

Absolutely loved this episode, it brought back characters and plot threads from earlier episodes like the other Lycoris that felt like they were left hanging and expanded upon them and explained a lot of story points while still not feeling like a boring expository episode. Also screw Chisato and Takina, Teach and Mr. Yoshi are my favorite gay couple in this show

This anime started out very, very strong that could manage to pitch the interest of many audience even with 1 focused topic (Let it be to hunt Majima down, rats behind DA or Alan Institute. One of those main plot could work) but now it's just a confusing mess since episode 6 or 7 because they're trying to insert everything here with a very tight time crunch because for the past 2-3 episodes I don't really know what are their goals and what's happening anymore, we have the things with Alan then Majima came which first came to destroy DA but suddenly he turned his eyes to Alan? I mean good luck explaining who Majima really is, what is Alan and the true purpose, who Yoshi actually is and what's the true purpose of DA within 4 episodes.
And don't forget we haven't seen other red Lycoris other than Fuki and Chisato despite this show being titled "Lycoris Recoil" but they explained very little about the DA and Lycoris itself even John Wick (A movie with a very little context about it's lore did a better job explaining what the High Table is)

This anime is better if it's 24 eps but sadly it isn't (Idc if it's 24 eps filled with fillers but at least they have enough time to explain what's really happening in that world and heck, we could probably know Takina or Fuki's origin story) I think the producers are underestimating the concept of this anime, no staff probably would've guessed this anime would be a hit.

Don't get me wrong, I still like this show, it's one of the freshest concept I have ever seen but I feel like they gonna rush some stuff causing plotholes and stuff.

But my prediction is that we might have bloodbaths in the next few episodes, we even might lost Sakura, Erika or Hibana.

Fuck I genuinely don't like where this is going, Chisato will either die, Takina will either die by donating her heart. This is a lose-lose so far.

The only bullshit I can think up is that Majima turns and somehow forces Alan Inst. to get a new heart for Chisato, or he donates his.

Or worse, everyone just straight dies in the final tower raid...

Better brace myself for a tearjerker ending.

Ngl I was kinda disappointed at first cuz the show went in a different direction than I'd expected it to, but it turned out nice, bitter-sweet nonetheless. Also, I still don't understand where do you people see the death flags, like, I'm 98% sure this is gonna have a happy end. And been feeling this way since like ep.5-6

Geez, they didn’t just raise a Death Flag, they’re already writing the Tombstone and digging the Trave.

Anyhoo. I was wondering if Shinji ordered his Secretary to assassinate Chisato, why go about the roundabout way of freezing her mechanical heart and give 2 more months. An injection of Cyanide would have done it there and then and clean.

Seeing as how Shinji is quite capable in Medical technology and Surgeon. I believe he’s not done yet with Chisato. I think he still has the means and tools to prolong Chisato’s life, I believe that he purposely gave Chisato a two month window so that in some ways he can manipulate her into accepting his conditions. To be the finest Assassin there is.

Of course knowing Chisato’s personality she wouldn’t agree to this and would rather end as an unsullied and resolute person. We don’t know what Majima would play in this. A savior, a disruptor or true villain to the end. It’s all in Takina’s hands now;

So, what’s in the bag.

I finished this episode thinking it's the best. On second thought, it's not.

Sending an electric shock through a mechanical heart jut fries the hardware required to charge the battery. Not the battery, not any other part. Fine, I'll believe that. That's not even where most of my problems with this episode lie.

I like that Takina's reaction to this whole situation is "Imma eliminate that nurse". Not capture, or interrogate, or anything of the sort. But hey, we established back in episode 1 that Takina is an unreasonable, trigger-happy person so I guess that's in character.

Hey, look! Some reckless drivers bother our main protagonist. She's understandably not in the mood to deal with them, so she does the completely reasonable thing of SHOOTING AT THEM and possible cause them to crash and die. Think about it. If that did happen Chisato would've fulfilled her mission of becoming a killer and maybe she would've had an arguement to have them repair her heart. How unlucky for our pacifist protag that she didn't murder innocent civilians. And don't worry, the DA will completely cover this incident and erase those people's memories. I have to assume they're capable of doing that at this point.

Tsukinoki calls Chisato out for letting Majima escape. Holy shit, someone finally adresses that? Chisato's answer is..."It wasn't part of my job". Dear god where do I begin? First of all: Bullshit. Takina clearly states in episode 6 that they need Kurumi's help to "Catch him". So they are absolutely trying to stop him. Second of all: I don't care if it's not part of your job. The guy murdered people, and directly targeted you, meaning he could come back and put you and everyone you care about in the cafe in danger. Do you feel no need to retaliate? Do you feel safe? Do you actually have 0 sympathy for the people that die at his hands? This is the second time I have to ask this question and at this point, Chisato to me is a character who feels wrong taking people's lives by her own hands, but she's absolutely chill when it's someone else killing someone innocent. There's a line between being a chill person and having complete apathy and I they absolutely crossed that line. Of course Tsukinoki doesn't call her out on this. Girl raises my hope only to disappoint me in less than 10 seconds.
Wth is up with Chisato's eyes in this scene anyway?

So I guess the DA works for the alan institue, because Tsukinoki took the camera away to prevent Shinji's face from leaking, and he wants Chisato to "play her part". Which is awkward because that same institue is assissting the terrorists that are being a pain in the DA's butts for however many months now. What was the alan institue's goal again?

Chisato forgot the face of her savior. And he's a regular at the cafe so he must've known that she forgot his face to feel safe to show her his face. The thing about them being able to erase memories was a joke but now I fully believe it.
Also the flashback confirms that Chisato's ability has nothing to do with her heart. She was just born supernatural. RIP to all the cyborg Chisato theories.

"She's our daughter, isn't she?" Says the guy who orders her heart to be shut down because she didn't grow up to be what he wanted her to be. I mean, I know Asian parents have high expectations of their children but fucking hell. (It's Joke. Chill.).
You know, now would be a really good time to ask the obvious question: Why does Shinji think that Chisato's talent is killing? The only thing he sees is that she can dodge bullets. And he concludes that it is impossible to kill her with guns (Any gunman who is out of her sight would beg to differ. But I digress). And while that's useful for a soldier, it doesn't equal that she has to kill. She seems to have found a good way of fulfilling missions while using her abiity, so why does it bother you that she doesn't kill? Why does she have to? Takina said in episode 4 that she could be non-lethal while being in DA. So there really is no problem whatsoever. But nooooo, I'm Shinji and people dying is my kink. And if this child soldier doesn't do that then fuck it. Im just gonna fund terrorism instead. There's no way that'll backfire, right?

Takina concludes that if we capture Majima we can learn about Chisato's heart. Which is a fucking reach. All we know is that they're supporting Majima's group. And if they're good at covering their tracks then you'll probably hit a dead end. But I guess they're desperate and it's better than nothing. After all, Kurumi, aka.Walnut, ms. best hacker in the world says he can't be tracked. So I guess no one else should be able to. Right?

What follows is the part of the episode that raises it above being horrible. I Like everything about Chisato and Takina's time together. But does Takina going back to DA means that Chisato will also help them with Majima? The episode made it look like this is where they part ways, but they should be participating in the same op soon unless Chisato ends up not helping. She did only promise to "think about it". So she could just say no and she wouldn't be breaking the deal.

Majima stands in the middle of the road. I guess no other cars would be taking that road, so he just knows that he'll be blocking Shinji's car and no other. But man, when you see Majima in the middle of the road, it should be the moment where you press down harder on that gas peddle while singing "GAS! GAS! GAS!" in your head. But no. We have to keep Majima alive for longer.
Which, at this point, I'm completely on Majima's side rn. Guy's an unredeemable terrorist. But fuck me he's going against an immoral, incompetent organization that is completely above the law and is backed by a nonsensical institue that keeps life-saving technology out of the public's hand for no sensible reason. They're not even fucking monitizing this shit. And if he can bring that whole system down and end this whole charade. Also, suck it Kurumi. Robota is the best hacker now.

On a side note. Does anyone remember when the show had a normal police detective investigated one of the incidents? Does the show remember? Does anyone care?

Was a very bittersweet episode, seeing Chisato trying to enjoy her time remaining while Takina is trying to cope with the knowledge that she will lose her friend, trying to get her to slow down to prolong what time she has left.

The ending with them walking away from each other is seemingly their last goodbye before Takina leaves the cafe and works for the DA again, but the trailers are hinting that they will meet in the DA mission as they are both gonna join.

Majima being the wild card is very interesting, especially with him also being an Alan Child. Maybe he has some bad blood with them and Lycoris because of his past.

Can't wait for next week!!!

There are many death flags in my opinion but especially the ending is way to happy and all. Im pretty sure that this will have an happy ending and nobody is gonna die. Or atleast i hope it because after that beautful scenes at the end it would hit like a truck.
