| My personal faves are Griffith obviously, Johan, Makishima, Kira & Funny Valentine from JoJo, Chrollo from HxH, Light, Friend from 20th century boys and Takasugi from Gintama. Tbh Eren had a lot of potential before the ending imo to be a 10/10 villain. Makima from Chainsaw Man is really good too. JJK villains I would not say they are 10/10 but they are just so cool to watch. I liked both Madara and Aizen from their respective narrative. |

| I know many people say he's 'overrated' but Johan is really well-written anime antagonist,as well as Meruem from Hunter X Hunter. |

| Obito, Mureum, Light Yagami, Aizen, Dio Are all pretty amazing villains Some I’d consider to be a 10/10 it really just comes down to personal preference and expectations |

| I feel like for me the greatest villain is by far Madara. I never got so hyped before. all though some other villains I like are Black Beard from OP, Father from FMAB, Eren Jaeger from AOT, and Jonah from Monster |

| Imo Hirohiko araki is one of the best mangaka when it comes to villians or character writing in general. Pucci , Dio , Kira and my personal favourite funny valentine. |

| johan liebert and griffith are literally perfect in terms of character writing for a villain. does askeladd count? if yes, then him too. i even claim that johan is one of the best villains ever written in the entire entertainment medium and not just anime, if u understand the brilliance of his character that is. |
