| Well , in my lifetime? I hope so. My current speed is pretty good, but in the next 2-3 months, I will get busy in preparation for govt exam. I don't think I will stop watching completely, but yeah, the speed will definitely go down significantly. |

| Well I'm currently at 700 completed and 500 on hold if i could see all my on-holds in 1 or 2 years i could get to 1200 completed . Well my taste in anime is very vast I almost enjoy any anime as long as it's not shitty screaming sports anime or chinese anime, not that they are bad ,some of them are actually pretty good but they are not up my alley.also the only anime that i dropped so far is ex-arm i mean that thing was an insult to the anime community what were they thinking when they made it. I also wish they would add western animations to the site I also watched a lot of those. |

| Check your anime.plus and go to the anime recommendations section, then proceed to binge the absolute fuck out of all the ova’s / specials you may have missed. Boom you’ve watched 1k anime with a watchtime of about 70 days. Though someone might tell you’re kinda sus tho. If your discounting that then you’ve got an impossible mountain to climb. |
| No it’s not like I want to I looked through and picked interesting anime from the highest rated to 7.50 and I usually only watch anime randomly when it’s a Netflix original or really popular. (Rarely battle shounen) idk I saw some guy with 14,000 And I’ve only watched 203 anime continuing for half a decade now so I’m pretty sure I’m not gonna get there any time soon. Especially since the new anime airing isn’t that good. |

| Yeah, definitely. I hit 1000 anime watched within a few years of starting to watch anime and I'm on track to hit 5k completed at some point. For just TV series I'm already at 970 anime so 1000 is not too far away. |

| Well... it's hardly anything to strive for, but not as hard to accumulate with all the shorts, ovas, movies and sequels adding to the bulk. I'd probably half my number if we take only individual tv series into consideration, and sure, it should still be possible to reach 1000, why not. But also who cares, it's just an arbitrary number and passive passing of time. |
| Depends on what you define as 1000 completions. For some people they use the MAL completions but those numbers include each season as 1 anime completed. For me I like to count all seasons of an anime as 1 completed anime. For example if I watched all seasons of Demon Slayer im counting that as 1 anime completed. Using my definition of completed anime I only have 105 but on MAL it shows 177 |

| In less then half of my life (I'm 34) I've watched more than 500 animes. I just haven't watched even more because of life, work, the world in general the sucks my energy constantly. But I'll keep on watching whenever I have the energy and mood for it :D Anime will stay with me for life! (Btw, 2025 marks the year I finally started to watch One Piece! BEST DECISON EVER!) |
| I really don't know. I'm not aiming for it and it depends on whether I'm interested in watching stuff or not. The last few years I haven't watched much. On the other hand my manga/LN list is growing all the time, so I'm pretty certain that I'm gonna get to the 1000 threshold at some point there. XD |
| I doubt I will finish 1,000 anime shows in my life time. I already finished 150 to 200 anime shows. I doubt I will watch anymore. I rather just watch anime/manga reviews on Youtube, which summarize anime/manga plots. This is more convenient than watching too many anime shows, no offense. |

| Probably not. I've seen 188 anime so far. I think I'll reach about 500-600 anime if I maintain my current level of interest in it. However, if I cure my depression and am able to enjoy things again, I could potentially find a new passion for anime and skyrocket my way to 1000 or more. Or, the opposite could happen, I could find interest in something new entirely and watch anime much less often. Who knows. |
