Alicization is definitely the best arc from Sword Art Online (SAO Progressive not included). Reki Kawahara improved a lot. The story is extremely well written, much darker and deeper than before. You'll see a lot of development from the characters. The fights will be also great.. I won't give you more spoilers..

I didn't enjoy anything after episode 20 of Alicization. But before that, it's a fine action adventure with a ridiculous amount of exposition.
