| this is a surprise, the mangas are still ongoing for a long time, although pretty empty. all in all i seriously do hope for a 2nd season as this is probably my favourite anime. i also hate reading books in general so yeah, probably not switching over to the mangas anytime soon... |

The anime is by no means complete, but at the very least it did not leave on a huge cliffhanger or anything. If we never got a season 2, this lone season still stands very well on its own. The problem with additional seasons is that the story will continue to get left off of at the end of each season as the LN only continues offer much more exciting content. It's unfortunate, but this is a case where people should look into the LN as they'd be missing out otherwise. |

| Never lose hope. Code Geass is getting a season 3 out of nowhere so I believe in any possibility. In my opinion if the sales for the LN start to fall, they'll make a second season to boost the sales. |

| I never wait for animes that didnt do a second or third season yet, cuz who dafuq is going to wait 2-3-4-5 years right and refresh once a while to check. But this shit should have gotten atleast 25-50 episodes. Was very fun to watch. |

(Each 13 ep) As i mentioned 'at least' 26 episode, it does not mean it will able cover whole LN story.The anime covered first two volume of 13 episode but later volume, the main plot get totally changed and it gets darker at a very later episode.So I am doubting 26 episode won't be enough for good ending and also its impossible to make 13 episode tho. Anyway I am this will eventually come 2nd season and I am curious how they plan to continue.Can't wait to see the romance although. Let's hope for the best my friend. This anime is underappreciated though it has great romance. |
I just found this... Satoshi Wagahara's new novel: Yuusha no Segare (Hero's Son). It'd be funny if this got an anime adaptation before Hataraku Maou-Sama gets a season 2. Also 1st LN has demon king as title now in 2nd LN it has hero as title. Therefore Maou x Emi will win. |

| It looks like the chances of us getting a Season 2 are slim. The author of the series just recently said "There is no way I can promise a second season. This is decided in meetings of the higher-ups, and they may never decide to produce that sequel. However, I promise that will put all my efforts into making this work as good as possible for my readers." I would say we probably won't get a season 2 which is sad as this was the first ever Anime that I watched and I really liked it but we probably won't get a second season :( |
