| And that is why you never follow a female leader. Marine started with an unmatched superiority. Now to kill two lords she wasted most of her army. Normally you need 3 times more troops than the defender army to conquer in normal conditions. If the terrain has lots of cliffs and forests and narrow passages then that ration can increase to 10:1 or even 100:1. As it sits just by wasting so many troops the only chance Marine has is for Milza to come and command her army and have some good strategy. Unfortunately Milza is 0 when it comes to strategy charging head front in battle. Instead of going directly to Marine he tries a frontal attack. If there would be a surprise attack it might still work, but when he got attacked he should have retreated and make a detour to meet with Marine . Instead he lost all his ships, supplies and many of his men. Now he has two options: the suicidal one he most likely will choose to try to breach the castle and kill Vilar. The other option would be to go to Marine and try to get more men and have a correlated attack with her. Still their chances of success are almost 0. And believe it or not is all thanks to Solon. Long live the memory of Solon! May the bitch die! |

Solon was the best part of this episode, the rest was more or less meh. They should really emphase strategies more, isntead of: Reinforcements, Reinforcements, MORE REINFORCEMENTS. + Theo got 400 ppl now instead of 200 wich makes him suddenly win against 5000 just like that (could have been badly subbed though, no idea if these were the actual numbers). Well, in the end this war is just a charade anyway, after all we still havent seen our boy demon lord lucifer since the first episode, so I assume he will be the last enemy and I am still curious about that. |

| Epidoes are getting better and better, this one was just awesome, the theatre king was an epic character too bad he's already dead. Milza is still one the best character and that Archimede reference was very nice |

| I literally understand any comment that say that they have difficulties to look Marrine into face....I am somewhat the same.... well...damn....war just got new flames into it that burn in even more brightly....Milza vs Villar...well as expected if Milza get's close combat with Villar he might win but Vilalr will not give it that easily...that Mirror technique tough....wow But damn...I got death flag rising for Villar and Margaret for some reason.... | Kind of pointless to see King Solon get introduced in this episode and immediately kill him off. Like what the hell?? No development??? Why did he even risk his life for a dumb minded Earl of Regalia??? That's clearly a waste of life, both his and his army's... Apart from that it's nice to see some war after a long time since the recent episodes were full of fanservice or plot development. Was amazing to see some action but they're making black turban-chan too OP or so and then him killing his father was also quite forced. Kind of makes me feel like the show's trying too hard to make me hate him. All in all I'm still sticking with the 6/10 rating although to be exact it's at 5.7 or so. Let's see what happens next. Seems like we'll get some deep stuff next time (and why the hell did the show spoil what happens next episode??? They spoilt it when they gave the title...) |
