| Since I'm a long time fan of Initial D, I was really excited for Two Cars. But after watching the first episode, I'm going to drop it. I didn't like it at all. :/ |
| I thought it's going to be about car racing. I didn't know there is a sidecar racing sport. Surely principles of that kind of racing will be explained through the series. I liked an animation, also so many girls. There is going to be a lot of stuck out butts. I'm interested in main girls relations development. Surprisingly I enjoyed it, 4/5. |
| I would say that it is similar to Initial D but seems like it will be far less appealing, at least from a racing perspective. The race here didn't seem to gather the same kind of feeling of speed that you got from the first episode of Initial D. But I need to see this on its own merits. It was a decent start! It have potential to be a somewhat good racing anime with some slice-of-life, but at least it seems like it going towards something (in this case racing), and hopefully not an awful lot of "cute girls doing cute things". The animation was alright and clearly it works well with this show. A lot of butt fanservice (of which I don't mind) but I don't want it to be all about fanservice either, and that they are trying to put some actual plot into it! The characters seems fine and I hope they will grow! I will continue with this show for the moment, and I imagine that their coach is Takumi from Initial D since it is the same voice actor Takumi has in the original series! :P |

| It was pretty decent. I actually like that the two main girls don't like each other, it makes it more entertaining. I actually didn't like that they kept hiding the face of their coach. Yeah I get that they want this to be a female-only world or whatever but their coach seems like a pretty important person in their lives, teaching them everything about racing. Also, both of them were literally going to confess to him so it wouldn't have hurt to show his face at least once. Also I'm not crazy about each pair having a trope. The country girls, the twins, the mature fancy girls, the goths, the kinky ones, and our plain protagonists. It's so try hard. I'll still stick with the show, though, for a bit. The racing aspect is really cool though. I'm just hoping for a serious female sports anime to appear for once. |
| Tbh, I was expecting this to be a lot worse. The girls both liking their coach and arguing over it is kind of annoying, though. It's not even necessary in a show like this. |

| Oh, a racing anime with yuri/shipping potential! Aaaannndd the first episode has a het romance shit. I'll give it one more episode, since this one focused purely on the backstory. |
| Decent start. Again with the unjustifiably low ratings, now people will completely miss out on this show. MAL should really change how they weight their scores it's unfair for overlooked anime like this. |
| liked what i saw so far, and honestly glad they did decide to hide the guy's face and make him go away cause god it would have been annoying otherwise so i am glad they did what they did there now can enjoy the series and see how things goes from here |

| The second I saw the characters in the OP, I'm like, holy shit that looks exactly like Tiv's art style, especially when they animated it for Masamune-kun's Revenge. 10 seconds into the credits I see Tiv as the character designer and Silver Link as the studio...well that makes complete sense then lol. So they brought back Tiv and the art director from Masamune to work on this show? Not gonna complain, waifus with adorable character designs are always a plus. Definitely rooting for the purple "Sadist/Masochist" team and the red "Two Princesses" team. |
| Everyone upset either about the coach, or about him not showing his face,.. I'm guessing he was just there to set up the rivalry between the two girls and explain their motivation, but that'll it still be a largely girls only anime. They probably didn't show his face, because his role was clearly important, but they didn't want to give him a lasting appearance because of it. AvidAnimeViewer said: "Some say that he coached a club of 2 Japanese high school racers on an isolated island, and that God forgot to give him a face. All we know is, he's called the Stig." Bahahahaha,.. now I want to watch an episode of this with the commentary girl replaced by a Jeremy Clarkson voice-over. |

| I guess not much people liked this kind of show. But to me, it was an okay show with so much effort to show off the interested for these kind of sports. Its a sidecar racing, with a passenger one in its side. Its reminded me of my motorbike vespa that had a model like that. But its not for racing, tho, so yeah the experience may be kinda different referring how difficult they had to do that moved. For the first impression. I kinda said its a fast paced with a messed up combination of their past. Idk what kind of relations they had with their couch. But to me, its really weird with the direction of these show. The transition was somehow irritating. While i was enjoying the races so much, they immediately changed to another scenes. Yeah, its not good for watching and kinda decreasing my mood. At the end, thats some expected win. But they do that with such a less interest and explanations. Like why they do that intentionally? By losing from the start race, then started to fast and burnt everything like hell in its finisher. No clued and kinda exaggeration. Yeah, i think its an okay Introduction with okay impression so far. I just hope the next episode, its improved.... |
