| I wouldnt worry about the score. It will jump way up when it finishes. Shirabako was at a similar score and jumped to 8.5 when it finished. |
| Just deal with it, personally I also think it's too low compared with other shows from spring 2017, but everyone has a different taste and it's not like it's making it less enjoyable, so who cares. As soon as it finished airing, it's probably gonna bump up to around an 8 anyway. |

| I like the show, but at this point I wouldn't worry about the score. Many of users here, myself included, don't rate anything until the show ends...or it's as amazing as Aggressive Retsuko. Give it time. I'm sure once the show ends the rating will go higher and if it doesn't, then oh well. As long as you liked it and recommend it to others then that's all that matters. Not everyone here has the same tastes, so you just need to worry about what you like. |

| I don't understand why anyone is rating it anything, the show can't be given a general review score without it being complete. It's like reading half a book and saying "Well that was a 5/10, it answered none of my questions and the characters barely had an arc!" Although in this case it's been floating around a 7 for myself, I'm glad the reviews (as premature as they are) represent the show quite well. I hope this site full of brainless people start to understand how to use the ratings better. But even so, if you take the ratings on this site seriously, that's like going to IMDB for a critical review of the film. The numbers here don't mean anything and we all know it. | i guess MAL rating system is weird since the raters cant get a grasp how to rate stuffs. its like the the rating 1-4 never exist. 5 is pure horrible (lowest). so people would rate stuffs higher than it should be. bias and personal taste plays a role too. just my opinion. i gave it 7 (even after dropping). only the plot is unbearable for me. other criteria a fine. one of the biggest reason is, why dont they take up modelling if theyre f**king beautiful? yet she has no jobs? my only dilemma (maybe to me only LOL). seriously, all those main characters are animated beautifully too. just why? and why keep that horrible monster mascot? just destroy that palace. use the natural surroundings as attraction instead. i gave up until like 10 episodes. it gave me brain dead. |

| I mean you have movies like Spirited Away that are basically almost at the score of 9.00 when in reality it's just a slightly above average movie (story wise). So yeah.. I wouldn't really trust MAL scores, tbh. |

| Fourteen episodes in and they haven't done anything yet, things just keep happening to them and most of those things turn out to fail or be inconsequential, this is supposed to be a "working" series yet we don't learn anything about the tourism industry apart from stand around and get lucky, on top of that the humor is often cringeworthy which is something that turns people off. Yet even with those faults this will probably get a half a point jump at the end of the season because of the people who jumped ship before episode six so I wouldn't be too concerned about the score. As for why people like things that you don't like, do I really need to explain that? |

| I'm about to watch episode 15 and for a long while I've been thinking of rating this show 7/10 for GOOD. I know that people tend to rate 7/10 as if it's bad though and always consider rating things higher. That would ruin my scores though. If I rate something 7/10, it's not supposed to be 5/10's average. |
| It doens't make sense whatsoever, because you don't know what people are thinking after rating. Unless you can say that the way people rate in MAL is the same with the topics (For example) Mecha and Shonen, you can't say that 7 is a bad score in mecha just because it's in Shonen. In different topics people rate with a different degree of objectivity. And it can depend on other things. |
| I could see how this show may be super boring to a lot of people, but I really like it. The thing that I learned is that people have different scoring systems. I have a buddy that rates shows as 4 and 5 as decent shows (LIKE WHAT), so scoring can really vary person to person. I just go off the easy American school system scoring: A=9, B=8, C=7, etc. But I understand that with the combined score low 7 cumulative isn't too great. Definitely mid-7s and up is where you want to be. But hey, at least it hasnt dropped in the 6s. |
