If it's good, then I don't feel the need to skip them unless I don't got time for it. If it's dull and nothing special, then I don't even bother watching it.

If the song is ungodly good and the fact that the whole version of the song isn't released yet, then yeah.. :)

On the rare occasion that an opening isn't the same in every episode, but actually contains new story elements every time, I definitely like to watch them whatever the amount of views.
That's also one of the main reasons why I wouldn't dare to skip the Aria the Natural-OP even in my craziest dreams. Such beauty has to be experienced again and again.

I will watch them the first time. If I like them I will watch them again, and again, and again. If I don't like them I'll skip them, but only if I won't miss out on the story if I were to like in Aria the Animation. Can't skip that even if I wanted to for whatever reason.

Yes, but only once or twice if it's good. I tend to marathon so it would get quite tiring if I didn't skip them.

It really depends if the music is good. For example i really LOVED the intro theme for Princess Jellyfish so i watched the intro every time i watched an episode and skipped some of the Naruto intros that included songs i didn't really care for.

I almost always watch them. I only tend to skip openings if they are so annoying that I can't stand them, but those cases are really rare. Openings set me to the mood of the anime and I really enjoy watching them.

I used to skip them, now I don't bother. It's just part of the show.

Unless I hate the music, like with Azumanga Daioh. Even I have boundaries.

I will keep the video reproducing while listening if I like the song, If I don't I will just skip.

I love it for most long-running series, because they tend to throw nostalgia at you and immediately suck you into the world again even if you've been on a break for some months. One Piece, Gintama and even Naruto often have OPs I like to fully watch.

Then there's those I appreciate for the music, ranging from Bebop and Gallery Fake to Haibane Renmei or Panty & Stocking and even the first Samumenco OP. I just like the sound and atmosphere.

But most OPs are generic and whether I like them or not will depend on the visuals and my overall enjoyment/appreciation of the anime. A good OP represents the anime and gives off the same feeling, so naturally if I like the anime I'm more inclined to like the OP.

I tend to skip the more generic ones after the first 1 or 2 times and I mostly skip them during marathons too, but it's kinda random when I do it or don't do it.
I probably regret this post by now.

depends on if its good or not. if its bad ill watch it once then skip it everytime after. if its decent ill watch it half the time.

if its really good then ill watch it everytime then go to you tube and listen to the full song. i love jrock so if its good i dont mind the opening at all.

my favorite jrock band is scandal those girls rock and they are sexy as hell.
especially mami.

I marathon Anime's, so I don't want to be watching the OP/ED every episode, that also goes with the fact that, some just have spoilers.
There's some OP's that I actually really liked, and didn't mind watching it, one example being Kuroko No Basket First OP.

If it's super cheesy ie (Sakura Trick) no
If it's good ie (Robotics;Notes) then yes
It's harder than it seems, I'm under water in my dreams

It depends on many things. First, there is quality of OP, then my mood, if I have enough time to watch it and so on... The 2 most memorable for me came from Kishida Kyoudan and the Akiboshi Rockets- Strike the Blood and Highschool of the Dead.

Depends on the song. If something really revs me up like the first attack on Titan theme (not the second, that sucked) but if it's boring or generic then I skip it

It is my personal policy to watch an anime's opening at LEAST once if I am watching it. If I like it, I'll watch it each episode, unless I'm too excited for the actual show and can't wait that extra minute and a half to get to the story. :)

Whoa, Attack on Titan's second opening was amazing as well, what about it made you decide it sucked? I can easily see people not liking it as much as I did, but I can't see anyone hating it...

I used to skip it all the time! But then recently when I start a new anime, I always watch the opening and ending for the first 5 or so episode and then I'll skip it. But once a new op and ed comes, I watch it. Watching the op and ed really gives the overall anime a feeling, at least I think it does.

I usually did this with some of the original Naruto openings. Namely that "GO!!" opening. And that opening where Naruto is in the woods or something running with Sakura and Sasuke, can't remember the name of the song, but I almost always skipped it.

I very rarely skip them. They help me identify that anime more, and it's very nostalgic to hear those tunes again months after you've watched it (in the case that it was good).

I don't watch as much anime as before...

I will watch every anime's opening and ending on the first episode. If I like it, I will continue to do that for the rest of the episodes.

I always watch them on the first episode to check them out at least. Some of the full version of OP/ED of animes have been my favorite songs. Past the first episode, if it's good I listen through them. If not, I don't.
