| The characters remind me of Free! a bit with a dude named Haru and a smart dude with glasses but this was more enjoyable than I thought it'd be. I'm not a fujoshi but with this anime there's a potential to transform int one.. |

| I actually really enjoyed that. The characters designs and animation are fantastic. The OST was excellent. The pacing was done really well, and the jokes were on point. Megane-kun is epic! Will definitely stick with this one for now. |

| It wasn't a great episode but still good and i SO hope the cool idea of male cheerleading is gonna be executed well fishpun said: - gender subversion. the whole male-only cheerleader team thing aside, you also get mc's sister who kicks ASS at a super physical sport without the usual anime cliches of her being super masculine and/or ugly. as well as this, you get mc's best friend wanting to follow his mom's dream rather than his dad's. | Decided to check this anime out when I had a talk with a friend about weird anime and he mentioned Guys doing Cheerleading. My first thought? HOW UNUSUAL and somewhat original! So, I went to check it out and found out that: 1. Okamoto Nobuhiko as MC 2. MC is childhood best friend 3. Sugita Tomokazu as MC And so I decided to watch the first episode with low expectation since MAL score quite low on this one. BUT I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm loving Okamoto's character, and I love his voice!! What's more, I love Kazu & Haru!!!!! <33 Sugita's character is also funny! OST is nice as well as the character designs! Definitely gonna watch this till the end! |

I was concerned about how this would go, but I love it so far. Mizoguchi so far is my favorite, but Kazuma is definitely Best Boy. Hoping the little confrontation towards the end with the Sparks guy is not too much of a recurring thing, I'm kind of hoping for less competition-based drama. It is a sports anime though, I guess. I would protect this man with my life. His attempts to talk to them and just following them home like he belonged there already is pretty much me trying to make friends. |
