I don't know who I'd say is the coolest, but a character who I think has a cool design is Tao from "Gokurakugai Sanban-doori no Ken"/"Gokurakugai." I do prefer her design in the pilot chapter slightly more, but the final version that the mangaka settled with might grow on me over time. |
