| Eww, what's up with using real images? I'm still enjoying the art style, though. I might have to watch more from Shaft. I hope the fanservice doesn't get much worse. >_> I'm getting to where I can read most of the flashtext. win. Araragi is a very decent character. |

| amazing episode. beautiful design, art direction, animation. i loved the idea of the crab god and the relation between weight and feelings, and the light bulb that lit when i realized that explained her lack of emotions. digging the main character a lot (<3333) and i like her too, though i wonder how different she will be from now on. |
| Okay, if it keeps getting better like it just did, then I understand why this is such a popular series. That was really good, albeit still kinda confusing. |

| Well this was rather interesting, a nice take on how they used real life photo's for flash backs and what not! Nice episode ending was great but what's up did he got the weight from her now? |

| Finally getting around to watching this show, and now I don't know why I didn't watch it sooner!! The first arc is spectacular! Hitagi just became one of my new favorite characters. Will definitely be pre-ordering the LE set from Aniplex USA! Urahara Out!! |

| adding real life scenes into anime is one of the worst things you can do imo. and the weird animation/art style of the flashbacks wasn't my thing either. and there were two scenes where i found the music so freaking annoying - the first scene right after the intro and the scene where they go to the altar. so far i have to agree with that: RazielZero said: I still don't find this anything more than "interesting". the only scene i really liked was the beginning when senjougahara was walking around (nearly) naked and when she was teasing araragi. |

I'm sure they'll get to it but right now I'm obviously confused. Senjougahara's past is pretty intense. Next episode looks like normal slice of life stuff. |

| Better than the first in terms of focus but the text being tossed around faster than you can read is getting annoying and those real images totally took me out of it. I'll give it another episode or two but since it's a short series I rather not drop it. Strangely, Crunchyroll only has 12 episodes compared to the 15 episodes listed here. Anyone know what that's about? |

| Duuuude, this show is effin' weeeiird. I like the main guy, though. His sisters look cute too. I wanna see more of that one girl in the corner. The way some of the scenes and dialogue go by really fast is kinda cool. I bet it'd be better if I could understand Japanese. |
| The live action scene gave me chills even though I hated it the first time around. The slowed down OP is beautiful. And personally, I'd take a clothed Gahara in a ponytail over just-showered Gahara any day. |

| The beginning was sexy. So the reason she was so cold was because the crab stole her emotion too... It was a good episode, weird again. I love Shaft style. |

| I liked the backstory and it was presented in an interesting way. Though the whole crab steeling her emotions was kinda weird and I can't quite figure out the settings here, I mean vampires? Gods? some weird magic powers? I will assume the settings in this anime are not supposed to be taken seriously since it seems like a bunch of random stuff. |

| I liked how hmmm what's his name, the guy who was helping the girl and the one that use to be a vampire. Ah I don't remember his name but he's the one with the piercing in his ear, yeah anyways, I like how he just grabs the crab gods leg and pins him to the ground. Talk about a bad ass ha. |
| ooo I didn't know Hitagi had such horrible past.. okay all her violent acts towards Araragi are now.. justified. that piano OST near the end was... beautiful.. I downloaded it right away. |

| After just watching the first 2 episodes this show has all the makings to top my list. I love the animation, love the Shinto-ishness and fantasy of the gods/spirits/vampires/etc, love the direction the story is heading, love the characters (they have a lot of depth even though I've only been minimally exposed). I'm really looking forward to seeing a relationship develop between Araragi and Senjougahara. |

| Opening song is simple but has a good rhythmic sound... and its nice to my ears. Some comedy for the upcoming event!! The Description of japan!! The Ritual begins!! A Painful past of hitagi.... so that tsundere attitude don't work if you met a larger entity yourself. Human Nature that is. hmm I was hoping for a larger crab .. (because its a god.) but I don't really give a damn. Hitagi crab is just so "friendly" because he sense someone needed a help . Hitagi offers an apology and makes a petition prayer. So her mother was just being "protective" to hitagi. even if selling her own fortune... but its bad if you fall deeper and deeper in a place of like that. Ritual ends.. Hitagi crab ends. Good Ending. araragi jusr gain 50 kg on his weight!! Some Sketchy Gods do it!! Starting to like this anime :D Good Episode btw. Note : Shaft has a nice animating style . that's good!! |

| Animation aside the episode was boring me... That is... Until the LAST 10 minutes.. Thats making me stick with the show for now |
