I am 17 years old. 170 cm 59 kg
I would say my peak fitness level was 2 years ago when I was playing basketball and badminton regularly but was relatively new to anime at that stage. Two years later things have changed, I don't really exercise and only play table tennis once a week now due to having to keep up with my regular shows. So what I am saying is can anime have a major effect on your other hobbies?

Of course you still can be if you can balance everything out.
Laugh if you want.
I'm just another idiot who dreams the same dream even after two thousand years.

Yeah, I literally have a 32 pack.
If you follow a EMW routine, you can be fit and watch all the anime you want

How tall are you may I ask because I'm small as well xD?
I don't think weight really matters as people can be of decent weight and be unfit.
My friend who is of similar height but weighs 70 kg is by miles fitter than me.

6 days a week, sometimes twice a day. Lately I lift for 40-60 mins in the morning then go for 3-4 mile runs in the afternoon when I'm up for it, trying to get out there more frequently. I also play racquetball for 2-3 hours a week, would like to do it more but don't know many people that play.

Used to strictly do distance running up until this year and would run 50-70 miles a week but running that much can be pretty mentally taxing, especially when you don't make improvements. That's the main reason I took up lifting, less stressful and easier to see results.

I'm 15 and I've been training Jujutsu since the age of 6 (3 times a week). I've also played Badminton since I was 8 (2 times a week).

I still watch a fair amount of anime, play a shit ton of retro games, eat like a fucking horse and still manage to stay fit.

So yeah, It's possible.

Weight 100%, indefinitely, totally determines if you're fit or not, it's got nothing to do with muscle mass or eating habits or anything else, 199% if you watch anime and play games.

*facepalm*

Seriously, don't sound like one of those girls/guys who I see in the gym crying "Oh my goddd, I dropped two kilograms by being able to starve myself and only do cardio to fit in that dress for Jessie's wedding next week!!"

Anime doesn't determine if you're healthy or not, you do. If your viewpoint of anime is seriously enough to the point you feel physical activity pointless and a waste of time, then yes, anime determines that you aren't physically.. at your peak, and vice versa.

I'm a 17 year old who's about 2m tall, I go to the gym and excercise most mornings, I watch load of anime, and weigh about 75 kg (I consider most of it muscle mass, considering I've been going up in weight since I've started).

So, yes, you can, as long as you don't let it control your life.

Getting in shape sucks. I had injuries back in high school that put me out for 5-6 months at a time so I know that it's a pain to get back into it. Being in shape is pretty awesome though and I enjoy working out when I'm in shape so try to make a habit of it. Seeing results and making goals is always nice too.

I watch anime and I'm still healthy saying that I'm 190cm and skinny so I guess I'm counting not being fat as being healthy. I go to the gym in my spare time to keep my body in good condition so that I don't get to the point where I get tired just from standing up
