| Really good episode. I especially enjoyed that dark aura and seriousness that enveloped most of the episode. Animation was splendid as well. The only thing that did not suit me was the happy moment with Leona in bed, it kinda ruined the atmosphere. We got needed backstory on Akame and Kurome as well as Chelsea. Personally i considered Chelsea interesting character so i would prefer if Leone died instead of Chelsea. Lastly I think that everyone felt sorry for Bols. |

| oh look a character introduced to make us feel for her just so she can die in a horrible way shortly after. the series is so god damn predictable, well i guess yey leone survived but that explosion was a pretty big let down in the end. bullshit way for kurome to survive. so she is a zombie? chelsea pierced her through the neck even with some enhancing drug that should have killed her. |

I thought Leone died at first too, but then she turned out to be fine and apparently able to have her arm sewn back on or something. Really glad she lived at least. But you know what, Chelsea you had it coming. Why? Because you KILLED BOLS! HE JUST WANTED TO GO BACK HOME TO HIS WIFE AND DAUGHTER AND HAVE ANOTHER MEAL WITH THE JAEGERS! ...yeah, I liked Bols... |

| This show is a complete disappointment. It has either amazing episodes or utterly trash episodes. Of course it's a predictable shonen, so Akame will kill her sister, so obviously the redhaired girl wouldn't kill her. The redhaired girl by the way is the only person in the group who is an actual "assassin", all the rest are swordsmen or some other ridiculous warriors. Maybe the sniper girl can be classified as a modern assassin, otherwise, they just killed off another relevant character. I hope the main characters all die at the end. Why is this show even called after Akame? Is she the love interest of the "true" main character? Also, where is the harem tag for this show? Fuck this show. I hate being disappointed like that. This show has no consistency. Also Akame's sister is the most annoying character of this show by far. In fact I pretty much like all characters except her sister, which annoys me to no end. Hope she dies soon. |

| Well, I was absolutely not looking forward to this, lol. Now that it's here, all predictability aside, I liked the episode. The soundtrack complemented the events really nicely. Poor Chelsea, tho. |
