That's not that awesome of score for a new series, if you look at most rating skews the average is around an 8.5, that is what watchers give shows by default, and it either goes up or a little down from there (check the scores on MAL sometimes, among rated shows something like 75% of them are an 8 or above) And you do realize that the graph has less than 200 votes to it, which is around 0.4% of those who plan to watch. So there is very little meaning to it. |

The thing is even if I wanted to rate them objectively I don't think I could be qualified enough. Too many people write reviews and a lot of them are like "best anime ever" , even if it's between the lines. On the other hand there are a lot of hate without valid reasons too. In my opinion, reviewing should be exclusive to people who have watched 500+? anime and who have a broader perspective overall. |

| if sum of this dont make sense then its coz im half asleep lol I think Accel world is overrated tho I DO like it but SAO is much better. but I also think SAO is a lil overated but just a lil. I havnt seen it since it aired so I dont remember much from it so dont ask my why but its how ive always felt about it. Its one of my fav animes weirdly enough but I did feel like it could have been better. one thing I hate is how Kirito rised up all the way to Floor 20 in the 2nd episode. from what I heard, the novels actually takes you through his journey through each floor n I would have loved to have seen that in the anime. Somer parts were boring tbh like I found that shit boring man. |

| To be honest you guys... This is getting old. And to all of you that keep telling people who like SAO have "shit taste" ... I'm guessing you have good taste then? Someone who likes chocolate comes in and says "Vanilla is disgusting, chocolate is where it's at" and someone who likes Vanilla says "What are you talking about? Don't reply to feeds like this because they just want you to post a reply on here. They're waiting for you to make that "SAO is great" comment and then gang up on you. I already posted about how I feel about the whole hate thing about SAO a while back on another post, but it seems I have to do it again. This stills disgusts me, you have no right to tell who and who doesn't have good taste in anime. You can tell them "I like your taste in anime" because it goes with your taste, that's a different story. Yes, you can also tell them you don't like their taste in anime as well... However, telling someone they "have shit taste in anime" (keyword: have, because you're literally claiming that they possess such tastes) is very wrong. Not only is it an insult, but if you look at it... It could count as peer pressure as well... People would change their "tastes" so they can please someone else, when really... They're just lying to themselves (which is how I believe the hate for this show grew). Lol come at me haters, I honestly don't care. Nothing you say can change me. <3 and it should be like that for everyone else. MAL has a guideline about saying something directly towards someone and I'm surprised no one is reporting anything on here... Lol... Then again, I feel like this is enemy territory. But whatever. | ^ That's how I feel as well, I wont play the hypocrite I sometimes over exaggerate and call certain anime shit like fairy tale or jo jo, but I wouldn't go as far as say they've shit taste because of that. I use that analogy as well, it's simple it's like how people have different taste in food. Like someone would tell me that pizza is overrated because a lot of people like it but he doesn't, and then they'll try to explain why pizza is horrible like the ingredients in it doesn't taste right. lol you get where I'm going. I honestly think everyone should know that people have different opinions from them hopefully, but sometimes they do it for fun or just do it to start a discussion. The internet or mal wouldn't have been so fun if everyone just accept others opinion without at least having a discussion with them. I know it can get really annoying, just like when people get annoyed by hype series like attack on titan. XD but just try and ignore it. Because no matter how much you speak out about this it's still going to happen. |

| I personally only consider the first half of the first season any good. The Alfhiem arc seemed way too forced. And Gun Glade makes no sense at all. Kirito: Hey Asuna.
