| I just watched this first episode and I'm pleasantly surprised. Even after hearing a lot of praise for it, it managed to live up to my expectations. I smiled quite a few times during this episode, especially at the very first scene. The mc seems like a cool guy and even though every time he talked I thought about Araragi, he seems unique enough. The animation was quite smooth as well, just as expected from Bones. There was also that soundtrack towards the end that was particularly good and both the OP and ED were decent. If this keeps up this level of quality, I'll enjoy Noragami a lot. |

| yeah it was alright nothing special i was a little off put by the animation at first not sure why can't put my finger on it, and the fight scenes didn't feel right, but i loved the ED theme, and i think the premise has a lot of potential hope they keep up the nice mix of comedy and serious tones! |

| Yato hiding in Hiyori's bed was the best part. Hilarious. This episode really reminded me of the early episodes of Bleach. Dude leaping all over the place with a sword that is actually a whole other person. Demon froggie. Out of body spirit experiences. |
| This is good.. but left out quite a lot from the manga. Looks like I'll have to reread everything after watching the anime. Yato seem like a very fun god.. this is so funny. Lol. |

There was too much forced comedy. I feel like the MC is just a self-insert character so far. I don't like the way the monsters are so far in this series. I don't like how thy're just colorful jelly creatures. I hope this series lives up to the hype. |

| Finally got around to watching this anime and I must say that was certainly a good first ep. The op and ed were also really nice. Studio bones animation is also top notch. |
| Honestly, when I first watched this, I wasn't expecting much. The premise sounded weird, and I'm not really interested. I only watched cuz the main guy looks cute. Then 5 min into the anime, main guy lost his weapon, main girl 'died' (lost her soul), monsters, jungle sobut.....DAMN IM HOOKED! (2 days later, finished all the manga chapters available) |
| Awesome first episode. Lots of interesting premisses and lovable characters. Love the way they added some comedy to the episode; I don't think it was forced at all. Although the plot is a bit messy so far, I'm looking forward to the rest of the anime. Really like the opening too! Overall, funny, interesting, captivating, all that good stuff XD Oh, and this scene creeped me out (I had to pause the video to breath for a bit hahaha)  |

| I started watching it with very little knowledge but it seems promising, I like characters after 1 episode, which is rarity. Also liked OP and ED what is even more rare. Looking forward to the next one |

| I really enjoyed the first episode to this show and Yato is pretty hilarious. The art is really nice and I didn't really mind Hiyori at all. The action is really good (and I don't mind that there was not a lot of action in this episode). The Opening theme is really catchy though I like the ending theme a little more. |

| What...tha..fuck...just...happened.. o.O I'm really confused But i seriously LOVE what i just saw!! Best part...FIVE YEN.. what xD Will first mention, The OP is really magificent, awesome japanese rock,ED in other hand, seriously love a first sight/tune. And the animation, well get a old touch to it but idk, really love the design n backgrounds, diffidently wanna see more about it. soo about the episode, well im confused, but also extremely interested on how this will continue and see alot of potential in this anime! P.s just in or hand i will say these note are a few weeks old,but all is right after each episode when i watched this season. |

| Interesting first episode, with atractive plot and unreal characters, the gosths, although the protagonists characters, Yato and Hiyori are a little comun!! This first chapter is about how they meets and the begining of a "great story"!! The ghost blue frog was great!!! 7/10. |
| Not convinced yet, but let's see for the following episodes. But at least Hiroshi-san is voicing Yato, that alone might be reason to continue. |
