On a side note: Marriage between main characters in Sundome? I remember the ending a little differently though. I think it is a somewhat confusing one but I still agree to most people in the last chapter’s discussion thread: http://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=275744&show=0

Now I know too... Also, I don't think you will see the ending coming.

It was straight forward to me. I honestly couldn't see what made it so confusing... And never said who married who only that the protagonist got hitched.... Besides I never liked Kurumi. I felt nothing at the end for her, but I was happy for video.

I'm looking for a good fantasy and/or action manga with lead female strong characters.

Basara - It's fantasy and action and the main character is a female. She starts off weak, but over the chapters, she becomes strong and a symbol of hope and triumph. Really good manga, IMO.

Otherwise, I can't recommend other stuff because I really only read romance and horror.

@Sapphire

Kami Nomi zo Shiru Sekai - I have only seen the anime's but the manga comes highly recommended from a lot of people and has the full story about a game otaku's quest for love conquest in the real world to capture loose souls residing within some of the characters.
Mx0 - a bit more shounen-ish than the rest with less focus on the romance but is still a good read.
Spice and Wolf - the tail (ha, get it?) of a travelling merchant and his foxy companion (I'm too good at this) who happens to be a deity, who is joining him as he journeys up north.

Can't think of any more at the moment, I will add some more in if I remember any others.

I NEED HELP!
I want to read this manga, but I forgot it's name!
It's when girls turn into weapons(Not Soul Eater), and something about New Gen Murders? And the main character gets involved by accident. I remember its genre for the anime was harem, but the manga didn't have that tag...

I'll keep smiling brightly at you.
Even when you hurt me.

New Gen Murders, and the anime has a harem tag? That sounds like ChäoS;HEAd.

But be aware that the original version of the ChäoS;HEAd is a Visual Novel, not manga. That's why if you want to see the original and complete version of ChäoS;HEAd you should check it's Visual Novel too.

I'll just recommend a few completed mangas:

Chikan Otoko
Great Teacher Onizuka (You have the anime on hold, they follow the same story but the anime finishes at chapter 106 so theres still about half the story left.)
Mx0
Renai Shimasen ka?
The Breaker

I could also recommend Chikan Otoko to you, as it has the same author and has many similarities to Onani Master, though it's not quite as out there, it follows an antisocial college student. You might have already read this but I couldn't tell as you hadn't updated your list :P
As for mangas that follow the antagonist, I know of a few which follow the "bad guy" character but as far as I am concerned they are still the protagonist of the story so they don't really count.

Fujimura-kun Mates (finished)
Girls of the Wild's (publishing, webtoon)
Inugami Hime Shimobe (finished, 2 chapters left to be scanlated ~ will probably be finished by mid February at the latest)
Kiss x Sis (publishing, a little on the weird side but the anime didn't seem to bother you ~ could also try the OVA anime series)
Masamune-kun no Revenge (publishing)
Unbalance x Unbalance (finished)
Yankee-kun to Megane-chan (finished, 17 chapters left to scanlate, no real eta on that one :S (they are trying - hang in there scanlation teams!))

I am looking for a manga with non-human/human relationships. Preferably romance considering I have read a few that were shoujo and didn't enjoy them at all. I really enjoy aliens/wierd creatures (I embrace the unknown). I have only read/watched a few such as:

Onegai Teacher: watched
Shuffle!: watched
Chou Dokyuu Shoujo 4946: read
Dragon Who: read
Oretama: read
Outlanders: read
Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou: reading

If you have any suggestion I am open but I'm looking for things that have deeper relationships not shallow get-to-know-you stories.

So I just finished reading sekai no hate by makino aoi.
Liked how it linked this tragedy-feeling, bitter romance, sorts of constand suffering with a bit of crime mystery all weaved quite nicely together along with nicely dramaturgy in the art style.

Have also set my eyes on all of the recommendations of the MAL page. (well, I know som of them already). Is there anything more?

(I also like romance, but its not required, just preferred)

seirei tsukai no kenbu

mahouka koukou no rettousei

Harems isn't really my area and most of the ones that I have read are still yet to be translated, so I can't really comment much on quality or endings for some of them, but here is a few that I know of.

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukanai - 5 volumes and ongoing
Ichigo 100% - 14 volumes and ongoing
Love Hina - Fully Translated
Negima - 9 Omnibus and ongoing (covers 27 volumes, singular volumes published by another company went out of print/bust)
Nisekoi - 1 volume out (recently) and ongoing
Ouuran Koukou Host Club - All volumes translated (You can actually get a box of all 18 volumes on amazon for about £60/~$100)
Rosario to Vampire - 22 Volumes (10 + 12 of season 2) and ongoing.

Jormungand is usually a popular similarity but I haven't read it, a few others that I find similar are:-

Berserk - Also has some pretty insane fighting in it.
Claymore - Badass girls with big swords
Dogs: Bullets & Carnage (and the prequel) - Gunfights, mature themes and organisations that aren't quite in line with the law.

@christian33215
Firstly, it's more difficult if your list is private, I can't see what you have already read XD other than that:
I haven't read 666 satan or Beelzebub but here are some common recommendations for them: -
Angel Densetsu
Noblesse
The Breaker (I saw you just put this on your plan to read, but it gets a definite recommendation from me.)

As for One-punch man:-
Area D - With the scattering of special powers and the exiling of those who got them, some of them are incredibly overpowered like the hero from 1pman.
Blood Lad - Again, inherently strong mc from the start.
Gintama - Strong MC who isn't generic, but more of a focus towards the comedy.

Hello, I am looking for an anime that is similar to Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann in it's aspect of crazy manliness. I watched TTGL quite a few years ago and just realized how great of an anime it was and how much more of it I wanted. I don't necessarily care about genre as long as the characters are of epic proportions. I want to be inspired by the alternate reality that I watch.

If my request is unclear ask any question you need to. Thank you for your contribution.

Try Green Blood(western), or DOGS: BULLETS & CARNAGE(only seen the OVA, but manga shouldn't be that different).

The manga for dogs is good, as long as you are fine with mature seinens (the occasional boob, gore).
Other than that I would recommend Ansatsu Kyoushitsu, Full Metal Panic, Gantz (another mature one) Hellsing and Jormungand.
