| Yeah... I understand a lot of people like Princess Tutu, but I guess I'm in the minority when I say I thought it was horrible. Since I like to finish everything I watch, I had to break it up and only watch like 2 episodes a day to get through it. You're bringing back painful memories... |
| I don't remember specifics. Probably because by the time I was halfway through I was only halfway paying attention. I'm generally not a fan of fantasy/magic type stuff and shoujo. I figured I wouldn't like it going into it but since everybody raves over it, I just thought "eh, what the hell" and watched it. I just didn't like the story nor the characters, it just didn't didn't click with me. I'm not willing to rewatch it and go over any specific points, all I remember is that was not a very enjoyable experience. I also didn't care for Utena |

That certainly is true, but I feel that more people should at least give it a chance (at the moment, Joshiraku only has a total of 18,671 people who have made any kind of interaction with it on this site, let alone the fact that only 7,902 people actually completed it (a puny number for MAL). Sigh~ It's not your ordinary "girls just talking and fuck-all happening" kind of show (a genre which I also am a fan of), but gets progressively more crazy and silly as it goes on. Indeed, it is a bit too Japanese for some folks' tastes, but it's worth a shot. At least you gave it a try and even dropped it with a respectable score of 5. I'm sure the vast majority of folks looked at the description and passed right over it. |

| see alot of kananagi past few days... i think the low rating is because it never finished (and the open ending that came with that) i can name a few more shows that have this problem (nyan-koi and bokura ga ita are 2 haha) that for me brought the score down (and i think a lot of people think the same) sure if one day they will finish it i will revise my score, but untill then it stays as it is :) and i still think Eikoku Koi Monogatari Emma is WAY underrated and underwatched (11,295 people have it listed, from wich 4,471 ptw) |
