Why God, Why have you abandoned your sons? Of ALL Fate novels/games, why did they choose right that one. |
Stop the sequels high-ranking stupidity. Group franchises in Top Anime page. Because Gintama is just "one" anime and not 5. |

Mahou Shoujo Illya-chan? I'll give it a shot. Also, for all those people who want ufotable to do a HF route, you're out of luck. I was at the Fate Zero panel at AX two weeks ago, and the producers have never even heard of FSN. This means that if there ever will be a HF anime, it won't be for a while, or it won't be done by ufotable (to which most of you would complain anyways). |
Thanks, person who gave me this on another site a long time ago, lol. |

It actually doesn't surprise me a lot, no matter how much dedicated they are about animating a series, they were given the job of animating Fate/Zero. Obviously they read Fate/Zero and that's about it. The one that needs an in-depth knowledge about Fate/Stay Night was Gen, who wrote the Fate/Zero novels.guyklc said: Err... what?! Of course, lack of material knowledge or care about source material in general, and unenthusiasm with the universe itself might help explain why several things were cut. After all, you an't call it anything but lack of enthusiasm with the material when you don't know what material your bloody anime is a prequel to. For shame producers, don't show your "we only did it for the money" side so easy. But, the bottom line still remains the only material they needed to know was Fate/Zero. And whatever details they needed to keep other things in line (and for new scenes) they just went to Nasu. |

Holy shit! Well, they certainly trolled me and everyone else at the Fate Zero panel then. I thought it was strange and ridiculous for them to have never heard of FSN, but their complete blank reactions told me otherwise. I'll give them props for having the best poker face that I've seen so far in my life. EDIT: Well, while the link proved that it's bullshit that ufotable staff have never heard of FSN, it still could very well mean that none of them have ever read the original visual novel. All the link said was that ufotable was doing the opening animation. |

For every Fate series that gets an anime adaption we are one step closer to HF anime. From the Fate series that remain Fate/prototype,Fate/Extra,Heaven's Feel and this(I doubt anyone will do Ataraxia before all 3 FSN routes are complete) I would prefer Kaleid getting an adaption now instead of Extra(I didnt really enjoy the game) and wait for ufotable to see the profit behind Fate/ and try to do something to take FSN form Deen. Do you people want a really bad adaption of HF from Deen?lets face it.If they messed up with Fate route and raped UBW what do you think they will do with HF? As for Prototype if they took the time to do a such a short teaser special, I guess someone is willing to do a full series(tv or ova).If it is ufo or other I dont know. |

To be honest, too many people need to know internet writing etiquette. Too often subjective and personal opinions are presented in a way that sounds like it is more definite, objective, categorical, absolute or general than it really is. |
So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old? I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

It shouldn't be that hard to deduce. Based on their previous works obviously. BakaTest was great but second season disappointed. Single Kokoro Connect is not enough for them to get back my trust. Rest of their shows are rather bad. It should be quite obvious as wel, that I'm not trying to predict your opinion. And no, your stand on quality isn't the only right one, you're actually doing what you don't like and try to fight against - imposing your view on others. Just because you think everything is subjective doesn't mean everyone agrees. |

I want to believe that people talking with me are intelligent so I wouldn't have to explain everything and could speak my thoughts like normal human being. I don't want to stick IMO everywhere just because someone might get overly defensive and judge my statements prematurely. *if we can't say something will be bad based on people working on it, we can't say it will be good either. Also, staying true to this belief means we can't judge something before it ends - it might always change in final episode after all. Many people actually think like that, but not everyone. I don't think it's bad to have lower of higher expectations of something and speaking them. e: I get the feeling that I messed up tenses somewhere. Sorry. |

Thanks for spending the time to clarify your stance, Progeusz. What you said is fine by me, although I just think that if you want to engage in intelligent conversation, perhaps a few more words about why you think it is going to be bad in your opinion would help. A statement like "Party's over guys, it will most likely be bad..." sounds more like an attempt to vent frustration. |
