I mean, if the noise turn ordinary humans into ash when touched - because they resonate at totally diferent frequencies, then shouldn't symphogear users too turn into ash, since they resonate at two different levels - the noise one, and the one shared with humans? If Tsubasa only resonated on the Noise frequency, then the commander shouldn't have been able to cancel her out - cause he'd turn into ash if he touched her blade. From this I conclude that the commander do resonate at the same frequencies and should be able to attack noise. This wouldn't be the first time I can't get my head around something, so please excuse me if my reasoning is flawed. If you talk about Human and Noise on a different level being . . . Symphogear user seems has it place in between them . . . Human can't touch Noise, cause it'll turn them into ash . . . Symphogear user can touch both of them . . . also, Symphogear is result from Human being and some power that similar to Noise (those Relic thing) Synchronized through harmony . . . so it's not a surprise if it can touch both of them . . . |
| omg still loling over the fail ass walking scene. wtf were the animators thinking? So, this is the show I look forward to the least every week next to Mirai Nikki. I was rather entertained by Hibiki at the end though. |

I doubt this will be a series where the villians win. There could be a chance of these things happening: Likely path: Miku ends up getting killed by noise before Hibiki and Tsubasa can save her at the end. Normal Path: Hibiki gets killed at the end and maybe Tsubasa as well and the beginning ends up being the ending. Alternate Path: Miku gets captured by the villians and Hibiki and Tsubasa have to save her at the end and they do and it ends well. Unlikely but Possible Path: Tsubasa gets killed at the end or near the end and Miku gets her own Symphogear to defeat whatever the final enemy is whither it's a human villain or a massive powerful noise. |

That's not something a sane person says to a friend who has lost a loved one. Tsubasa is still annoying. Even though Hibiki is emotionally retarded about Kanade's death it's still not Hibiki's fault that she has these stupid Gungnir fragments in her chest, so fucking give her a break. |

| There i feared another cliffhanger would be left without any notice, good thing it wasn't the case. So yeah, Hibiki is even more retarded than i thought with her "imma replace Kanade so don't hit me". But Tsubasa still pulls a bitch on her even though she's more responsible for Kanade's death than Hibiki is, not to mention Hibiki got Gungnir accidencially. Also good to see Hibiki going berserk, shame only for a while though. |

| I feel like we'll get a bad ending. Tsubasa will slowly but surely get attached to Hibiki that will master slowly but surely Gungnir's power. Then at the end Tsubasa will get beated up by the Noise/ennmy symphogear and will get saved by Hibiki that will chose to sing her sacrificial song but instead Tsubasa will stop her and sing her's herself. Would do a good parallel to see Tsubasa going through the same painfull situation twice but this time with more power and the choice to sacrifice herself instead. Then drama and ending with Hibiki following in Tsubasa footstep with a possible newcommer under her wing. |

Having those parts in her or not, she was at some blame. Tsubasa's anger is perfectly justified. And watching this episode gives an impression that half of the cast don't give a shit about Tsubasa's feelings... not to mention that some of those guys at the bas act so nonchalantly. Their lack of seriousness in certain department fail to make some of the drama more believable. But the most important thing is that everyone at the base find Hibiki so interesting. Main hero love syndrom I guess. Seeing a tomb of Hibiki at episode one doesn't mean shit. How many of anime/movies made it like that only to show that hero is miraculously alive or just wanted to play dead as he altered his identity. |

| Still don't like Tsubasa's attitude. Rather than saying it's bad or anything, it feels like the writers are overdoing the emotion that is became ridiculous. Ruins the fun more than even Hibiki's. Neither has she expressed any gratitude for being saved that day, or feeling sorry for Tsubasa's loss. So saying she'll replace Kanade comes across as complete BS and turns her from 'clutzy girl who tries her best' into an insensitive bitch in my view. Also, all the feeling of danger and urgency is completely blown away by the carefree attitude at the base. Especially the 'don't worry, have no fear' attitude of the megane-girl is totally out of place. It may be a clumsy deathflag, but I'm not gonna watch a series while hoping some characters will die. |

| Yeah, the animation really sucks at times. But I kinda liked the berserk mode thing, and how it wasn't completely all-powerful just yet. I think the more Hibiki gets isolated from Miku and her normal life, the angrier she will get and the more crazy her berserk mode will become. I'd hate to say it, but this anime is getting sort of interesting... |

You'd think an organisation that uses teenage girls as soldiers, would have someone capable of helping her deal with death. Instead she gets silly yuri-jokes and is forced to work with Hibiki. The complete lack of empathy among most of the cast is incredible. |

The base most likely gave out a OK for Tsubasa in singing for the public as a stress relief other than of course using her voice to try and awaken other relics. |
| I'm trying to like this show. I really am. The only reason I'm still around now are because of the yuri undertones, Miku (who I'm really feeling sorry for at this point), and my curiosity about that berserker mode. But the berserker mode came and went pretty randomly... And why are the Americans always evil in anime? =/ I know we aren't that loved by other nations, but we aren't so bad that we have to constantly be the villains. =( |

She was a true heroine. My point was that it is a shame that such a great heroine had to go and be replaced with Hibiki. | I certainly don't think this is awful like some people. I'm still hopeful that this will go Ga-Rei dark, though so far it's looking to be Mai-HiME at best, which isn't that high a bar. Lapses in animation quality and some less than ideal characters (though the latter is pretty bad) aren't what's dragging this down for me so much as the unwillingness to dive in and really explain anything. Why do they only sometimes sing while fighting? Where did Hibiki's warmth song come from? Why bother to maintain Tsubasa's career? What's with Hibiki's dark mode? How the hell do they explain Genjurou's strength? There's so much just being done for flare, and I'd really enjoy it more if they tried to make some sense of it all. |

| The first episode made me add it to my favorites. This episode made me take it out in a instant. That epsiode was like a big middle finger to me. So I walked away from it. And by walked away, I mean my body moved back and forth like I was on a boat. It contagious apparently. Horrible animation, repetitive soundtrack that I first fell in love with, a ridiculously annoying and stupid main heroine, and a seemingly dying story. Its one episode away from being dropped, I hope they get their heads out of their butts. |
