| @Zarutaku Ironic, seeing that a lot of popular manga are incomplete/on hold/publishing with no clear end in sight. You are kinda screwed ether way with incomplete stories, no matter what format they are in....unless the journey was enjoyable enough to warrant experiencing inspite of the lack of destination conclusion. |

There is plenty of reasons, but to the core, that's just because of what the industry of Anime is, for the most part; a giant ads for the source material. him5012 said: how anime like grand blue, noragami isn't profitable. I think they're quite good. On top of what the user above said, you also have to take into account the situation of the producers, especially the publisher of the source material. When there is not too much material left to adapt at that time, why would they pay (or allow someone to) to continue the adaptation, and having high chances to get lower sales for the Volumes adapted ? If the work is in its endgame, why would they risk lowering its hype and therefore sales, with a new season ? Such questions plays a huge part in what gets a continuation or not. |

| I am a COMPLETIONIST. Aiming to finish AS MANY ANIME as possible before DEATH, Despite them being SATISFACTORY or if they are BORING. I WATCH THE LOWEST SCORED/RATED/RANKED ANIMES ON MAL (OR you can CALL THEM The WORST animes in the WORLD - No Joke Like Seriously) No anime has actually satisfied my anime taste, That I can call a MasterPiece (10/10), still searching... hopefully one day I will find that show and obsess over it till I die. RULE NO.4 I MUST WATCH ALL CONTENT FOR THE SERIES I HAVE FINISHED, NOW THIS ONE IS QUITE EXHILARATING. |
