Eh, they're okay. There are times where I find them annoying but overall, I generally like their characters.

I will pretty much drop an anime on the spot now if Rie whatsherface is involved. Tsunderes are horrible characters in general, let alone a tsundere harem.

There is a difference between "shy" and "bitch" and I really wish anime viewers were okay with the first one without the need to pretend women can be bitches and somehow "soft and loving" on the inside. Sure some bitches can have deep psychological issues that make them how they are, but they are not going to somehow be nice and sweet at heart, they will still be fractured. Likewise, most anime girls are not really *blush* kawaiii but obnoxiously fake. Escaping reality is one thing, contravening it for made up fetishes is annoying and a waste of my time.
Elsewhere, a somewhat startled Warren Worthington III finds that he has accidentally wandered into an electrified east-side world of post-twist teens and watsui-ing teeny-boppers...

What a humilation on The Four Tsundere Wonders' fans specially Lousie fans. I don't want to pick a fight, I just want to say that I feel bad because this is actually offensive for me ):

Im sorry, but you got offended because I insulted a fictional anime character?
haha i think so too funny XD "in my opinion" that's ridiculous it's not real! i mean whaaaa..? sry if you find this is offending but i actually laughed a bit ...and i still kinda wonder if it was a joke but if not i don't get how you could be so into an anime that something like this offends you... i feel like i wrote this to someone who was joking and i actually kinda hope i did

Depends.
I like some, but others are just total bitches.

Also, I agree with something said above: they're better when they aren't the main love interest.

Can't say I've liked any of the tsunderes I've seen so far. Maybe Luna in Seto no Hanayome. But she's kind of like a mix of yandere and tsundere depending on who she's talking to.

Sort of the same for me, I do enjoy Tsunderes, but some of them can be annoying as well.

I agree with this. On Luna's part.

Anyway, tsunderes don't bother me at all. They can be cute and sometimes they can make the relationships entertaining. Same thing with Yanderes. My favorite has to be Louise, though. :3 You go, Rie the Queen of Tsundere Seiyuus.

Their antics with their loved interests and all are humorous as well. I don't have a problem with them at all. :P

They can be good for comedy, but when the violence gets too common, it's annoying.

There's a line between endearing girl and annoying bitch. Let's take two "Rie tsunderes" as examples:

Louise (Zero no Tsukaima) is childish, insecure and violent for no reason. And it's not really explained why she is that way. She's just a jap-otaku's walking fetish.

Taiga (Toradora). Even though she starts as a Louise copy-pasta, along the series her character is given dept. We learn what made her what she is and see her growing out of it. Her "bitchiness" is understandable and in the end she abandons it.

Toradora is one of my favorite series and ZnT is just something i'll watch and forget about.

Undoubtedly my least favorite 'dere' type.
But I've managed to somehow like a few of them despite that.

This. I can only tolerate tsundere girls if they have a ~dramatic backstory~ that explains/justifies their tough bitch exterior and makes their "dere-dere" side sweet and appreciated.

If they're just a moody,bossy, violent witch... they're obnoxious.

Taiga is a great example of a tsundere girl with depth. I was prepared to despise her (loli, delicious flat chest, thigh-highs... buzz words for shallow moe-bait tsundere type), but she really developed as a character and grew endearing for me.

That said, KUUDERE are really my type. ;3

I wouldn't say I like or dislike Tsunderes, like everything else it comes down to the character, but saying that, Taiga from Toradora is my favourite anime character and she is tsundere.

This.

Now Louise... well, part of the blame falls on Saito, seeing how perverted the guy is. Both romantic leads suck basically.

So in the end, I like well developed tsunderes, but I hate the ones who never truly grow out of their violent side.

if they're introduced as a tsundere, then throughout the whole series they show no sign of changing then yeah, it gets on my nerves and the character themselves become exceedingly difficult to like.

i drew this btw...

I like the tsundere 'archetype' I guess but not when they are just stereotypical and dumb. I don't mind when they have tsundere-ish characteristics but when they are clearly just inserted for fanservice purposes I get annoyed. I find that happens more in shounen/ harem anime though, and really, tsunderes are the least of those genres' problems.

I think it's impossible to love all Tsunderes, just like we cannot love all works of a novelist however popular he is.
For me,words like Tsundere,Yandere,Yaoi,Haraguroi are simply tags.I first love a character and then knows he/she is marked with certain tags.

I actually never paid much attentions to it being in most anime since I don't care as long as it adds to the anime. Whether I like them or not, goes both way for me. In the end, it all comes down to the character in the end.

Yes, I also hate Louise from ZnT as well XD lmao.

A lot of animé Tsunderes are annoying, especially when voiced by Rie Kugimiya. She makes them sound like whiny toddlers. Although some undergo characterization and become less annoying.

I think it's the creator who is at fault when a Tsundere becomes irreconcilably horrid; he/she has disregarded characterization and opted for cookie-cutter cardboard standees.

Male Tsunderes are not as common now, but I've liked some. An example is Giroro from Keroro Gunso.
What anime needs is more abs.

I'm not talking about Goku-sized ones.
I'm not talking about barely-there ones from bishounen/Yaoi Guys either.
What I'm talking about is GAR Archer pan de sals.

Now that's what I call ecchi! Yeah!

I like a few here and there, but too many of them are just tsundere. Like, zero personality outside of liking things and pretending not to. Said girls usually also reset every episode or learn to accept their weakness and let the guy do everything instead of trying to get over it.
So yeah, I generally hate them.

They can really ruin shows for me.
Currently happening with Ryoko's Case File where the lead is a tsundere bitch. I don't see ANY sppeal in them. They are just annoying bitches who defy rationality. Just no.
I probably regret this post by now.

Why I'm not a big fan of tsundere, I love Giroro. :D Tsundere became kind of boring to me after seeing so many, I only like the Type B Tsundere (who only acts Tsun-Tsun very rare). Nowadays I started loving Yanderes.

I'd have to say the same. I like/dislike them on an individual basis, really depends on what they contribute to the story. For example, I feel that Victorique from Gosick makes a great tsundere, really made the series much more interesting with her sassy attitude :>.
