| Yea, this is def the best of fall so far. I loved that episode, way better than the OVA imo. But I've read some of the manga, and I like Gauche, so it was awesome to see the beginning animated. The art and colors are beautiful, and the music is nice as well. This is a definite watch this season, but why only 13 eps?? I hope there's more seasons...Urahara Out!! |

| So far a great adaption, i'm glad they got the seiyuus from the OVA to return, Jun makes a good Gauche. My only complaint is that the band for the opening doesn't have voice differentiation in tone/tempo. |

| I really liked it :) It was pretty interesting. I watched the OVA and I had no idea how the anime would be. I thought it was going to be boring. But this episode kept me in the story and, well, some parts were so emotional, but I still liked it. Can't wait for next week (: |

| Well the 1st episode seems amazing....this might actually have a sad ending...that little kid turns out to be a letter bee later i guess..by him wearing the uniform in the ending....and i sort of like gaushe....i like his voice yes i shall keep watching this series... |

| Well I have only watched the OVA to the series, and haven't read the manga. But these first few episodes will probably be all back story from the OVA. I wonder how many episodes this series will be? Hmm... Good episode though, a bit slow paced, but still entertaining. |

Hell there's even the same "I'll fix your legs" inspiration factor. I'll give it another episode to figure out which side of the fence I land on. It's cool had a little twist when I originally read it you'll see it a mile off in this anime adaptation though |

| Hoorah! Finally a new season anime I really want to watch the next episode of! I didn't care much for the video game-style bugs, but everything else was quite well done, and the story caught me pretty much immediately. Looking forward to the next ep, and happily excited about how this show will develop 8) |
| Interesting first episode. It has a lot of potential. Again, it will be good to see little Lag grow up and become a wonderful Letter Bee. And as predictable it sounds, something bad will happen to Gauche (i.e. either disappears or become heartless) before Lag gets inspired. Nevertheless, very promising first episode. |

I don't think the combat part is the most important one, so I'm not even worrying about it xP I'll definitely keep watching, I disagree with everyone who said it was boring. Although I'm wondering, why do people want to become Letter Bees if their career ends with them losing hearts more importantly than salary? o.O Oh, and is there actually sunlight there? Or is it just me that missed it both in this and the '00' episode? |

| I decided to watch this because I thought it sounded a bit like City of Ember (great book - never saw the movie). But anyways, the two characters of this episode were pretty interesting. The pacing was a bit slow, but that's not always a bad thing. I'm curious to see how the plot will develop, so I"ll keep watching this show. |

| I was kinda disappointed. Too much terminology, annoying art style, ridiculous Fukuyama Jun, pretty overused character types - not what I had in mind while reading the synopsis. I hope it gets better, since it's not bad, yet it just isn't good. |

| I was expecting not to like this. I really was. But somehow... I ended up really enjoying it. I will keep following it. Also..... Fukuyama Jun as Gauche..... <3 <3 <3 !!! All in all, one of the better first episodes of the new season (along with (imo) kimi ni todoke and darker than black:comet of gemini) |

| The first thing that caught my attention was the opening music~ It reaches out and pulls the listener right into its grasp. I believe the single comes out in November though, and it is such a long time to wait! I find myself liking the dog- Roda- a lot, very cute. Not to mention Gauche- he has the potential to become the 'badass' of the series, right? I can see myself losing it pretty quick waiting for the next episode after I finish the second~ This series already has a melancholy overtone to it~ There was something very moving about Gauche having to shoot his heart through a gun, wasn't there? [[ isn't a 'gauche' a type of dagger? ]] |

| It was a nice episode, but the 3d flake things really bugged me. It looked like flying white germs to me. |
