I hate March so much
@SenshadouOtaku Why? What's wrong with you? March did nothing wrong. She's just a passionate rival. She's extremely mature even taken the circumstances. She's probably my second favorite character because of how she can contain her fired up anger.

They say she is a horse, but in fact she is a GOAT.
This is easily my favourite installment of Uma Musume so far.

After watching this episode, I have doubts about whether it is right to have an anime season of only 13 episodes, and I'll explain why: if the legend of Oguri Cap in the national championship begins now, isn't it a bit too few episodes to see his climb to the top? For me, yes, but everyone has their own idea. However, it was another episode that proved interesting from the beginning to the end.

I feel so bad for Kitahara. Probably the greatest thing to ever happen to him just slipped out of his hands :( If only he listened to Roppei

There will be second part presumably release in autumn season (check news section). Also the manga currently already released about 190 chapters and still ongoing.

Things could've gotten ugly, but it was managed to be resolved in the end! Woohoo! It is a story of breaking promises, recouping, and creating new dreams for even bigger legacies to be born. Kitahara showed us to accept reality as it is and not live in our own delusion. Sometimes, people are just destined for bigger things. Dream big! Oguri Cap is just the goat, its unfortunate that she has to leave the province and compete in the Nationals. I hope we get to see some of Fujimasa March's performances here and there. Like a reference.

I hope that in the next arc, they focus on other characters like Kitahara and Belno Light. The emotional impact of Kitahara having to make an ultimatum would've been significantly better if his character were built throughout the six episodes. His development felt rush as we were basically info-dumped by his past. Belno Light just became a side character and hopefully we could see her race more in the next arc even if she's just a side character.

I will miss the antics of Mini, Norn, and Rudy. I hope we can still see them from time-to-time.

The real-life counterparts and references from this anime though, is what makes it an absolute masterpiece.

And finally...

Thank you Kasamatsu.

Very rare UMA-MUSUME "OGURI-CAP", who moved from local racing to central racing and became active, the local racing version of this story came to an end. I watched the movie with tears in my eyes at the bond between OGURI and his trainer.

Incidentally, Mr. Watanabe, president of Cygames, and I hail from the same hometown (Imari City, Saga Prefecture).

Predictable sequence of events, down to some of those dialogue choices. Doesn't make it any less emotional though. I ain't crying damn it. In the end seems like March's talent is only on par for regionals. I was hoping that maybe someday she'll join Oguri in nationals but doesn't seem like it as that seemed like a genuine farewell and an end to her racing with Oguri, she said her legend will surpass hers in length atleast. Potentially hinting that Oguri's problem from her childhood may resurface and will have a short career. Hoping the best for Kitahara and love Belno, glad she's going with Oguri.

I was really disappointed in Kitahara for not being the best trainer he could be for Oguri and for not being as supportive as he has been before. Instead, he was sulking at the thought of losing her. It's understandable that she's someone who could make his dream of winning the Tokai Derby come true, but due to recent events, their destiny has completely changed.

I just wanted to let this out. Their relationship and circumstances aren't ideal to view them in that light, but Oguri and Kitahara give me the feeling of a couple, and I really love certain moments when they give off that kind of energy.

Seeing Oguri so sad was tough, and even March couldn't do anything to change that after confronting her about the possibility of her transfer. Even during the race, when Oguri was lost in hopelessness and Kitahara couldn't bring himself to look at her, not realizing how she would take his absurd condition, it made me feel angry at him. Before the race, when Oguri was feeling that hopelessness and that wish to not win, that was a really depressing feeling.

It was good to see that Kitahara and Oguri were able to work things out in the end. Now that Oguri is going to nationals, we might not see Kitahara for a while, or maybe not at all, who's to say. Oguri's dance was really charming, and she looked really attractive. Hopefully, she keeps winning so I can keep seeing her dance.

I absolutely hate that Rudolf and March forced their expectations for a rivalry into Oguri. Why should she have to race to satisfy their egos? I was hoping that Oguri would at least break Rudolf’s nose but a guy can dream

Cap's popular now 🫡 when you have dolls made in your image.

Trainer really did give her incentive to lose the race on purpose. Forcing her to do that because she wants to be with him 😔 he knows it's bad but doesn't stop it. When you want March to win 💀 even March knows she's not in it.

I guess trainer fixed it in the end, letting her run free. Rip to the Derby, rip regionals. Everybody's gonna miss her now. But I guess it just took a little speech to flip everyone there.

👏 He'll get that license, W. And March won't quit the regionals.

Kasamatsu's Gold Junior race for the decidual factor if Oguri Cap stays or goes, is met with sheer disdain from Symboli herself of a forced choice whether she likes it or not. But that's Jones's decision as he sets the wager fof a rather unfair race to both win and lose at the same time, as Fujimasa March makes it clear that Oguri Cap is also betraying her promise as well. Even then so, if it's a decision that'll make or break her future, then it's one that will help chase her dreams forward...the beast in total embellishment.

It'll be sad for everyone to miss Oguri Cap, but she will forever be Kasamatsu's Cinderella, along with the farewells of the 3 Stooges and Fujimasa March, and Belno passing her Tracen Sports exam to follow Jones and Oguri forward, the Kasamatsu Arc has finally winded to a close.

Oguri Cap, finally on her way to Nationals, but not without Jones taking his National license too...

End of the Kasamatsu regional races, and Oguri is headed to nationals for now without Jo as he will work to get his training license. Great episode that caps off Oguri's origins as she heads onto a new journey.

Can't believe this is how Oguri's Kasamatsu regional races chapter ends, without achieving the dream Kitahara inspired her to undertake with the Tokai Derby. What a bittersweet ending as Oguri moves forwards to take on the nationals level racers.

Good job on Belno’s part. I figured that would be the path she would be going for based on the last few episodes.

Kitahara was getting annoying and I said from the jump that he just needs to take the national trainer test. So after that ordeal, he’s going to take it. Sure it may be hard, but you gotta strive to be the best. Same thing applies to Oguri Cap.

It was a good episode for how things played out. The anime is a decent watch so far but, I’m not going as far to say it’s “peak” or anything of the sort. Let’s see how the later half of it pans out now with the arc being over.

There aren't any crazy twists or turns, nor anything particularly complicated about Cinderella Gray, but I love the atmosphere and tone of the show. It's a straightforward sports story about a small town athlete who's set to take on the world with strong feelings of pride in one's roots. Not exactly sure why, but I can't think of many anime where an underdog athlete represents their hometown in the big stage. Often times they'd represent a neighborhood or school at most. Perhaps it's because I don't watch enough sports anime?
