at this rate it won't end for another 10 trillion episodes. absolute garbage episode right now. even one piece might end before this with the rate it's going, and honestly while it does have good 'moments' the incessant flashbacks are becoming irritating. I seriously can't stand it as it is.

After this episode, I can finally sympathize more with Toga. Ochaco's voice actor went all out, and it was great to see Uraraka’s growth. Incredible episode!

Though initially i thought that they were messing up the story with all these stretched up fights. But damn now I think they did a great job doing that, as now it's shining like plus ultra with every new episode :-)

I can't stop thinking about this episode.
I legit can not stop thinking about it... and literally the way some people AGREE that toga is a monster and inhumane is making me cackle cuz like... bro they are being portrayed as the bad guy and you're agreeing...

Anywho, uraraka matured and realized how to ACTUALLY solve problems like this which need tactfulness and logic. She wanted to talk, knowing she can't ignore anything toga did, she just wanted to talk.
Toga being cannonically queer but not only that, using her quirk to represent it is so brilliant because it's a more foreign concept to watchers, making them understand how it really isn't just a choice, and you truly are born with it. You can't control it. and if you supress it, it'll destroy you and potentially others which is literally her entire character premise and i genuinely love it and it makes me insanely sad.

People can hate this episode, they're allowed to have opinions... I just think they truly missed the point of the entire character and this episode's entire message.

Well, I guess that if you tell a girl that she's not human all her life, she will end up believing it.
This episode speaks loudly about parenting and how we raise young girls, stereotypes and what not, all throught a sea of copied men that would eventually dissolve. Very interesting methaphore.

On the other hand, Ochako chan's power has increased a lot. Now she doesn't need to touch you.
@ZenielDanaku i would rather say that her power can now spread, like shigaraki.
Interesting parallel

After the awesome previous episode, this one was kinda okay-ish, not bad but not good enough either, I didn't like this part in the manga and the anime did try to make it better at least, but I just don't care about Toga, and some parts of the episode had plenty of still frames which added to my annoyance.

I was still waiting for that Ochako and Toga kiss which will hopefully happen in the next episode.

I really love Toga as a character, don't get the hate at all, but this episode didn't do it for me like the previous one with Dabi and Endeavour.

I had already read the manga so maybe that had something to do with it.

"I love this Toga character" -some psychodude

.

LOL, but seriously... Toga's parents aren't exactly wrong... Toga's sense of "Like" is twisted by default. Since her "Like" is always associated with "Blood". And anyone, even "monsters" that was shown earlier, doesn't stab and suck people's blood like it's normal.

Remember Toga herself said "why isn't anyone sucking blood"... as she thinks sucking blood is normal, which it isn't.

Toga herself made this happen where people tries to avoid her.

Who here would actually get close to some random person that's stabbing people and sucking their blood?

Imagine going into a alleyway, and seeing someone stabbing a dog and then sucking their blood, would you A: Run away, or B: Get Close... LOL

@loafing_loafer I think it was mentioned somewhere that they will do a movie. But from what I've mostly seen on reddit, there won't be a movie. They are just goanna continue it on the season 8th.

It was an alright episode. Better than most of the other episodes in this season. I'm honestly surprised to see so much hate towards Toga. I remember back when MHA first became popular seeing Toga simps everywhere. I guess the tides have changed.

It was good but it didn't feel as good as some of the others, I guess maybe it just felt a bit too obvious and predictable to the point where the misunderstanding itself is kind of impressive. I dunno I didn't fully analyze it but it felt a little off.
People simply writing Toga off as a psycho because of her nature are a bit dumb ngl, that kind of behavior is exactly what escalated her into a psycho.
At this point it's clearly "too late" but for example had there been more openness in her childhood it could have prevented her from becoming a psycho.
For example, if her quirk requires her to drink blood, and it's an urge which builds up to the point she implodes, a relatively easy fix from at least her parents would be simply feed her some blood everyday. And to help protect her and explain her quirk rather than for her to literally not be accepted by anyone. I'm not saying they should let her kill people or something, but good parents would both accept and support her and teach her what is normal.
There could have been a middle road. Because there's not much harm in it inherently as long as she doesn't kill people and only either drinks bagged blood or quite simply only drinks blood from animals (though preferably not living animals, unless she didn't cause the bleeding) or people that gave her permission. Which was kind of the point here, that Ochaco would allow her had they met as kids, though I doubt that would have solved everything.
Rather than trying to get rid of it, they should have tried to teach her how to deal with it.

Idk if i just watched too much anime or this shit was just corny. The classic formula of fighting someone and having absolute 0 chance to win, but some talk no jutsu and bullshit logic and suddenly everyone gets a happy ending. Why does everyone has to have a happy ending? Atleast make it look like the heroes actually stood a chance. From the beginning it looked like they were getting totally annihilated, then they made a come back and the villains gained the upper hand because they didn't want to kill their friend and just let the human society disappear because they were friends from class, and after that the typical bullshit power up + talk no jutsu saves the day.

@SamirOG I find that they made Shigaraki way too strong. Him killing off the #1 America hero was really BS man. If she was fighting AFO, that would make sense she would lose cause AFO is really powerful to begin with. Shigaraki powerspike is so dumb. Despite getting mega nerfed via getting multiple quirks erased and having his quirked sealed during the fight, he is still OP destroying everyone with ease which I find really lame and stupid. He shouldn't be this freaking strong with his quirk sealed via Erasure and Neito.

I think Dabi part was well done so I am satisfied with how that ended but mixed feelings about Toga being this strong out of no where, mass cloning covering large portion of the battlefield but I guess her quirk and Twice ability go well together? But anyways, Shigaraki having too much plot armor is stupid.

Nothing much they could do when it came to this episode because of the actual thing they were adapting. Was easily one of the worst things in the manga, and it now one of the worst from the anime... this season.

Even still though, was way more enjoyable than in the manga because of the great direction, but was still probably one of the worst from the season. Still doesn't bring down the season by much, but yeah.

People are literally dying every walking minute, but hey, I wanna compliment your smile and want to talk how we both love the same guy.. oh tears are flowing...

... as I mean over how stupidly hilarious this was. I remember saying enough when these chapters were releasing, so wouldn't waste more words over what was "supposed-to-be" the most heart-wrenching moment in the human history.

As someone who adores Himiko Toga so much that I have innumerable saved screenshots of her smiling beautifully on my laptop, I cannot express how I relate a lot with Uraraka's intention of wanting to see her smile again like how she told Izuku she liked him. I, myself, was heart-struck at Toga's face at that time. Of course it wasn't that kind of "like" that eventually turn into something romantic but some sort of a shallow crush, but I always felt like Himiko has this air of obsessing over others so shallowly (not in a yandere kind of way, something that I couldn't tell what previously; yandere usually obsessed with usually one person ya know, so I often wondered what it could be) and I'm delighted that Ochaco managed to let her confess why, and she confessed it so bravely that I'm so proud of her. There are just some things that you can only know for sure when the other person tell you directly about it, even if you already have assumptions about it/them. This is by far my most favorite episode of MHA after the very first episode which I always cry whenever I watch it, even till now. Well there are eps that made me tear up but this one, hit me straight to my heart especially as I'm a girl. (Only girls can relate so boys reacting over the drama should just pathetically shut up.) Ochaco and Toga are actually my favorite girls of all in MHA universe and I feel so freaking satisfied that they were able to understand each other in the end 🤧💛

I really feel like i cant be excited for a lot of these episodes because of the cliffhangers they leave before them, i am extremely focused on the deku and allmights parts why not split it so you can show both this and what deku is doing, tired of every single week being oh yep another cliffhanger makes the actual cliffhanger moments that are good feel bland as hell

Episode was animated beautifully, but I honestly don’t care about the Himiko Toga storyline at all. I feel bad that her parents were horrible, but ultimately I am unsympathetic because she wanted to hurt people, but is shocked when she receives consequences. Let’s move on. (6/10)

impossibly heartwarming episode, the confrontation between toga and uraraka was perfect.
I cried the whole time, I cannot imagine how hard can be toga's life being so different from the society and being seen as inhuman for this.
