| This is a very wonderful movie. It does a lot of things right, and I was entertained throughout. Only real problem with it is that it's pretty unoriginal, but that can be forgiven. |

| I was lucky enough to watch this movie at the NYICFF and was absolutely amazed. I felt and showed so much emotion throughout the film. I also had the honor to meet Mamoru Hosoda. He's such a great guy~ <3 (Btw, he has a twitter, ya'll!) It was hilarious how at the Q&A a little girl asked why Kenji had a nosebleed at the end of the film. ROFLMAO Hosoda's answer: " *chuckles* Uh....He was giving it his all, that's why." xDDDD Anywho, I can't wait to get this once it comes out on DVD. =) |

| Truly amazing and so wonderful, the story also focus on the family and the camaraderie. At 1st it was quite boring. But as long as you watch this, you will see how the movie became so good. I recommended this movie is a must watch. Reviews later on. |

| That must have been the most epic anime movie I've seen that doesn't deal with mecha. Will definitely buy this movie. I bet my parents will even enjoy this if I show this to them. This movie has got to win some Best Animation Feature awards or else. |

You could really tell that this is what Mamoru Hosoda had envisioned for the Digimon movie he had previously directed. That by comparison ultimately was the prototype. Summer Wars I'd say is definitely something that the whole family can enjoy. It was very refreshing and a thoroughly enjoyed it! 10/10 |
| I LOVED this. The details like the translations on the speech bubbles were amazing, from what I could read they were spot on translations as well! (though I could only read 3 of them ^^;) The ninja squid was awesome. |

| I can see why it won so many awards. The animation was insane, the movie was well but together. I never read the manga, but it seems to have a good plot, even though it was too predictable. I enjoyed this movie. Certainly a movie to recommend to friends. |

| Going into it I wasn't expecting too much from this movie, but that was seriously entertaining. I only planned on watching part of the movie tonight and watching the rest later but I was so into it that I completely forgot lol Anyway, one of the best movies I've seen, including live action. I had a lot of fun watching it. |

| DEAR GOD, THERE'S FUCKING DIGIMON WRITTEN ALL OVER IT! It seems like they started with an original story, that was good enough, and then they ran out of ideas and just threw Bokura no War Game in. I still liked the movie, the art and animation are both pretty, the idea is interesting since the begining, and the characters are well developed and original, but this evident recycling thing made me mad. I loved this Digimon movie, and it should have been treated as serious business for all the eternity. |

| God, I was reminded so many times of Digimon - Bokura no War Game. Awesome movie. Hosoda is an awesome director, directing some of my most favourite anime movies (aside from Miyazaki), like TokiKake and One Piece movie 6. |

| Art, Soundtrack, the Characters were great. The plot was a little lacking in the original side but other than that it was awesome. 9/10 :) Also I disagree with others saying it was a little far fetched in how so much 'power' could be available in that community oz. Well... just pretend oz is the internet. Instead of having a more invisible effect its a lot more noticeable. Although its easier to make that argument when there are graphics to describe everything, along with 3-d space. The only counter-offer would be that the internet isn't fully connected that your user account transfers to any website you visit... yet... |

| This movie was pretty good. I liked how the characters of the cast came out at times and the interactions between the grandmother and Wabisuke. It certainly appealed to a lot of sad emotions. |
