| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- It's the showdown between Ichigo and Muramasa, but it's actually not a very good fight. I have to say Ichigo's 'bankai' sure isn't really giving him an advantage in a lot of battles...it's been a while since him overpowering an enemy with the 'bankai' alone without using the mask >.< I'm surprise that Muramasa was actually struggling against Ichigo afterward though, i thought he was stronger than that. But they sure take out Muramasa pretty fast so now it's just Kouga all alone^^ |

| eh i thought the animation was really weird in the fight... ichigo's eyes looked really weird. and at the end, it was too deathbed-like, where muramasa was lying on the ground holding ichigo's hand... and ichigo suddenly had "pretty" eyes? that never happens normally. ulquiorra was cute in the omake though :) |

| Its pretty funny how even the studio knows how much fans don't like fillers. Either way, I still believe that this is the most effective way to air a long running manga into anime, it would be WORSE if Bleach went away and we would have to be in "limbo" not knowing if they were coming back or not. Here is an example: just look at FMA Brotherhood, they'll catch up to the manga any moment, WHAT WILL THEY DO? will they go to fillers or go away? I'm sure the fans won't like it if they go away, then they won't know if they'll come back. THANKFULLY, Bleach fans don't have to worry about that, we all know that eventually the story will return to the plot and we'll continue the story. |

| This episode was much better than I expected, maybe I'm just glad that it's over. From the preview it looks like the materialized Zanpakuto will play a role in the next arc too. And I gotta say, the villains look ugly. PS I agree with Alex, I rather them make fillers and then catch up instead of just dropping the series without saying if they would pick it up again. |

| Yep, they probably wont. But there are series like D.Gray man that got dropped without finishing, so there is always a possibility. |

| Out off all fillers of bleach, this one I liked the most... but why is there another filler coming? It better be short, Ichigo vs Ulquiorra fight cannot be delayed anymore! But they did it, so we just have to stick with it... As for episode, well it was ok episode... The fights were awesome, I loved how Ichigo and Zangetsu synchronized. Its been a while to see Ichigo overwhelming an opponent without mask, indeed. I loved that Ichigo could touch Muramasa's soul... his voice got through. :D And yet again Ichigo has been thanked by Byakuya... One thing more that that is awesome about this filler. HUECO MUNDO ARC! WANT IT! |
| This chapter; and this whole arc was like a Yaoi love story :D Kouga was Muramasa's first love; then he notices Ichigo, then fights and breaks up with Kouga.. In the end his last words... "Someday, I will...." ... ... make you fall in love with me... lol rain->Byakuya cries? Byakuya:"Kurosaki Ichigo, this is mu second time thanking you!" Ichigo: "Ah..."..... Someday I will make you fall in love with me! First chapters were so amazing; I was thinking that this filler arc would be the best filler ever. But the ending was the worst fail ever. In one scene; Ichigo almost looked like a character drawn by Akira Toriyama(Dragonballs' mangaka :D) |

| Animation was actually good in this episode. Decent ending to a decent filler. Shame another one is coming up, can't blame them though considering they're still fighting on Namek above Karakura town in the manga. |

| This ep was far better than last one. Ichigo and Muramasa fight wasn't as epic as Byakuya vs Kouga but I still enjoyed it. It's such a shame that another filler arc is coming up, but I hope they'll be as good as this arc :) |

| I'm glad this arc is over, the last 10 episodes or so were very boring. I'm not sure if I'm going to watch the next filler arc. At least the preview and the omake at the end were very funny. Another aimless opening where everyone just stares into space, or an opening dedicated to filler, just like this one was? In the case of the latter, it would mean half a year more of filler.... o.o" But this episode was okay. Better than the previous one in terms of story and fighting. |

| Well since the anime will eventually catch up to the manga, they need fillers. So its better if they do fillers now, instead of doing them in the middle of the arc later. |

| I was pretty excited when this filler first started, getting to see the zanpaktous materialized was pretty cool, you'd have to admit. But unfortunately the whole Muramasa / Kouga thing was just boring, I would have rather'd them actually rebel instead of them being 'brainwashed'... :\ |
| Pretty good ending to a decent filler arc. The first few episodes with the zanpakuto rebelling were very interesting, but it dragged on for too long. The next filler arc doesn't look very good though... -.-' |

| Well, i liked it, except for that gay part in the end (i love yaoi,but this was just too awkward) I wasn't so surprised about the second fillers, since i've already read about it before, but i don't think it's that bad, cuz right now the manga is not showing ANY progress at all.I mean those guys from the studio went through all that trouble to make those fillers (not to mention that alot of fans hate that), but tite still won't increase the pace, which is pretty much even slower than a snail right now.. Can someone please beat some sense into him..? |

Last time I checked FMA was about to end LONG ASS TIME AGO, just because it FEELS like it's ending doesn't mean it's ending. BTW, 5 chapters is 5 MONTHS!, that's 20 weeks worth of episodes. Many people thought Naruto would end in 2009, guess what?, ITS STILL GOING. The point is, YOU DON'T KNOW when FMA will end and neither do I. HOWEVER, if the anime does catch up to the manga, and it hasn't ended, WHAT WILL THEY DO?!?!?! |
