| For those of you who own or used to own a PSP, what are or were your favourite games on the system? I'm just wondering since I'm gonna be buying some more this weekend and want to discover some more cool games to play. I also want to expand my genres since I've only been playing shooters, racing, and strategy on the PSP, so if you have any games you'd like to mention from any other genres, please do! (If they are one of the genres I named, it's still fine, though.) |

| Breath of Fire 3, Tales of Eternia (EU). Ys SEVEN, Valkyrie Profile LENNETH. But these got ported to recent platforms. There were also some games that loads really long on UMDs. And definitely skip Star Ocean 2 and get the remake. |

| Ys Felghana. If you want something short yet challenging, can't go wrong with this. Ys Seven. It's no Felghana but still one of the better Ys. Has the best antagonist in the series. |

Kinda mixed on Gran Turismo (it has hundreds of cars, and dozens of tracks but the 4 cars per race limit is too low) |

| The Dissidia games were amazing. I'd daresay the best action rpg FF games. Fate Extra was pretty good. Mostly visual novel, but you get to explore like you were a master in a grail war, finding your enemy's weaknesses and trying to win the grail. Sequel is Japanese and EN unofficial patch only though.. Yugioh Tag Force games were pretty good and like the last RPG Yugioh games. Even had pseudo date sim mechanics. I think like the 6th and 7th are only Japanese and EN patch again.. Valkyria Chronicles 3 is like the best and my favorite entry and its stuck on PSP. Japanese and EN unofficial patch only though.. Valkyria Chronicles 2 is still good and in english, though many would say its the worst entry. I really really enjoyed the psp God of War games, too despite never touching the series before them. Chain of Memories and Ghost of Sparda. Solid action games. |

| Hear me out; Metal Gear Acid 2. It's a fusion between classic, overhead Metal Gear stealth gameplay, and card game mechanics. Imagine something like Inscryption, but instead of the rogue-like mechanics, it plays out more like a traditional Metal Gear game, with your cards acting as your actions on the map. Or you could just play Peace Walker. It's perfectly serviceable on the PSP, but there exists better versions. Whereas the Acid series has stayed exclusive to the PSP. I never played the first one. |

| Others have said it, but Persona 3 Portable. It's the only iteration so far with a FeMC, and the option to save a certain character, depending on choices one makes. |
