| Decent start to this pretty anime but it was a bit slow. It sucks that even her parents cast her aside and the only person that seemed to care about her was a fortune teller that passed away. Hopefully she stays safe on her journey to the capital and I wonder what she eats along the way. |

| This was really beautifully drawn and animated, the characterization of Ivy was really well done. It's technically an isekai, but doesn't really feel like one. Ivy definitely feels like her own person learning and living in this world that is hers, and not just someone who was transplanted here from another place. Even in reincarnation isekai, where they are born in the new world, they still tend to think, and act like their old world selves. But Ivy very much feels like her own character and is more just getting vague impressions of who she used to be, but who she used to be doesn't define who she is now, like most others. I'm invested, can't wait to see more. |

| What beautiful direction! I thought this would be the trash of the season, but it turned out to be a hiddem gem! Here's to praying the visual and directional quality won't take a huge hit by episode 2. |
| Really boring first episode. Random wandering loli is running from a village and tames a slime.. took way too much of the 21ish minutes for that. Should've had something interesting happen. 6/10 for now. but i will give it a few more episodes. The animation is fantastic. hopefully the story catches up to it. |

| - this anime looks beautiful - mc is such a cutie, specially when she is rolling around lmao - i don't think killing 5 yo kids because they have no stars is something they should do, at least make them leave the village or something? (tho that would show the outside world that the village is trash lol) - i think they spent too much time saying the same thing tho, literally 20 minutes of "no one wants me", hopefully the rest of the episodes are not like that - yay 1st companion, i was worried for a second but then i thought that there was hope of the slime being in the bag lol - would be funny if she tamed some awesome animals like tigers, wolves, dragons etc, and then came back to the village to show them what they lost because of their lame ass mindset of killing their kids - anyway, this one seems like an easy choice, i'll most likely watch this one till the end |

| Didnt expect the start to be this heavy. I didnt read the description or anything as I just look at covers then go straight into it so I thought this would be like the Fluffy Paradise in the same anime season, wholesome and happy. Apparently not. Looks like this series will be a more serious but not depressing journey. A inbetween serious and lighthearted. The I'm assuming split personality in her head of her past life was a bit jarring. Like she just randomly answering a voice we cant hear. Guess thats just adding to the theme that she's been abandoned and is alone so she's got no one to talk to. I was hoping this would be wholesome though but we'll just have to see how it goes. |

| More Slime series (sorta, LOL) But dude... this already sound like it's going to be a major discrimination like some other series where people with or without certain powers are looked down upon and oppressed. . BTW... did she just "4th walled" in the beginning? LOL But from the looks of it... it sounds like she has "dual personality" where one of the personality is talking to her in her head, but that personality is also an "Isekai". IE: this Isekai personality did not take over (or merge with) the original person's body and soul like most Isekai series do. . Also... I see... that's how slimes are born eh? from Tree water. (and they're super cute for some reason... plus very patient that'll listen to you for hours..) And... NOOOOO, Not the long hair again... Why do they always cut the hair >_< Well, I guess she's going to hide as a boy. . |

| Are people without stars treated as worthless? I wasn't clear. I think you need to repeat it at least five more times. No need to get into the reasons, of course. Who would want that? Though to be fair Ivy wouldn't understand the motivations. Still, there wasn't a lot there. A lot of reiterating the very clear setup and Sora throwing off bubbles. The past life voice is at least a kind of interesting way to do things. Willing to give it one more episode. |
| The cinematography sure is different. So many close up face shots and I mean a lot. Not that that's bad but just different. I'm not sure how the light novel starts but I will say this is very different than how the manga starts. Some very important details were omitted but maybe there'll be flash backs in upcoming episodes cause they wanted to immediately get to the tamer/slime part. |
| Really liking the premise so far, but what blew me away were the backgrounds. Absolutely gorgeous scenery, the colors used in the sky and the general lighting, the detail on the grasses and other flora… what a treat! |
| That was a genuinely good first episode. It's interesting that her past life operate like a different entity that argue with her, and (at least so far) she is actually weak instead of the usual "I'm the world's weakest [BLANK], but I'm actually the strongest!". |

| This episode gives me hope. While I dislike the concept that ordinary practical skills cannot be learned in this world (or just never are because why have scientific progress if you're given skills with zero effort), the story and the character seems to have potential. The pacing is just right for what it tried to depict. Many shows try to compress introspection and emotions that require a good 15 minutes of development into 1 minute. That makes them fall flat and you feel nothing at all. It's done right here. |
| Can't believe I was going to skip this one because it might been related to that other show with tamers and waifus that though it wasn't a bad show it was pretty mid. The premiere episode reminded me a lot of the first episode of To Your Eternity, really strong visuals and a strong sense of survival. The whole premise might be a tad too edgy (little girl that nobody loves and she's even wanted dead by her own peers) but it's still quite phenomenal in it's direction and main character. Having watched episode 1 & 2 also reminds me a bit of olf classic Remi's nobody's boy, both young protags are looking for a way to survive on their own with their own skills and whatever nature provides. I really can't stop gushing how well the compositon of backgrounds and character(s) mesh so well. |

| The episode starts a little confusing in a chase, where our mc rans away from some people. Throughout the episode we find out that the mc is getting chased because she has a skill with no stars and because of that the people of her village want to kill her. The mc talks multiple times with someone, probably herself from her past life? We will surely get the anwser to that question in the following episodes. But to get back to the point, the episode was really well made and the scene at the end, with the mc taming the little slime was really beautiful. Im eager wo see the next episodes to see where the journey will bring the mc. |
