| Otogiri has become a huge problem for Yayoi and this episode seems like a climax of sorts related to her character arc. However, I do think she's an important character given her past and role in the present. I do praise this show for building up Otogiri as a credible threat rather than just a generic 'monster of the week' antagonist. |

| I felt a chill running down my spine as I watched those butterflies spread their wings. The graduate known as "Courtesan Otogiri, The Beautiful Soul Slurper" inflicts a curse upon anyone she touches, draining their soul and reducing them to ashes. The spirit of the boy proves powerless against her malevolent curse. However, Otogiri doesn't hesitate to turn her attention towards Keitaro and the others, launching an offensive against them in return. The Oiran definitely stands out as the most menacing ghost right now, especially considering her healing abilities and strong determination to harm Yayoi and her loved ones. On a lighter note, the Castle H ghost appears rather cute when not in the form of a horrifying severed head, to be honest. Fortunately, they're now aware of ghosts masquerading as spiritualists, a valuable piece of knowledge. Namiko seems like a promising ally for our trio, and despite the tragedy with her sister, I'm hopeful she won't face a similar fate given her apparent talent. The ghost that attacked the police reminded me of Junji Ito's work, with the hair, spiral shapes, and the wide-eyed expressions of its victims. Yet another person coming for Yayoi huh? |

| The Graduate of Otogiri Oiran's 3rd Curse: the Burning Manse, it's a lethal curse to any cursed spirit that has their souls sucked to feed Oiran, as the ghost struggles to regain strength through the meatballs, too bad for him, Oiran has got her full strength back to accurse him defeated. But sealing her back will be a task easier said than done, and they only have a small window to get her sealed, and in the right cirucmstances to involve another spirit to intervene while the sealing is being done. As for the ghost, Yayoi decides to plead it mercy and feed it souls in exchange for being under control, which is for the best, by keeping his sketchbook with him, closing the chapter on the Old I Gate Watergate. And it looks as if Shami has the other half of the Castle H ruins relic, but why? After the confirmation of police and their investigations, one ghost begged to differ by joining them discreetly, though the trio are met with Shami's older sister Namiko, yet another spiritualist who tries to recruit her but failed. The thing is, even professionals are getting routed by evil spirits, which Namiko will not stand for, setting the precedence between her and Yayoi. The spirit that followed them from the watergaete, one police officer got tangled in its mess, though soon others followed by having their heads sacrificed, which this case is left unresolved within police walls. Looks like Yayoi, Eiko and Keitaro will face an even stronger ghost from then on... |

Like Yayoi, I feel bad for the kid too. Abusive household, hearing your father be murdered and cut up into pieces, then killed yourself. If there’s any vengeful spirit that’s justified in haunting people and hating the world it's him. So the same ward/evil charm that we saw at the waterfalls is here. Who’s trying to make ghosts go evil and why? Seems like it’s connected to the evil loli we saw at the end of the episode and a potential much bigger conspiracy. Combined with Ai’s god and we got a mountain of trouble potentially. Loving Namiko already. Should be a good veteran presence who can help Yayoi and the others out. Plus, like Yayoi she might be even scarier than some of these spirits. The look on her face when she talked about sending them all to hell was chilling. The concept of spirits replacing humans and even their aura not being a giveaway is really scary. They could be anywhere at any time and if they’re good at learning behavioural patterns you wouldn’t know. Wtf was that ending though, a spirit straight up attacking the police station and killing officers is really bold. Wonder what evil loli is planning.. Sad there’s only 3 episodes left, hope we get another season announced. |

| It a very good story and I can't wait for the follow up after this. However, the monologing is starting to get out of control... Hopefully we will get more show and less tell, because it's ruining the moment, just like in every other action based story. |
| That's nice. Looks like Yayoi got a new carry-on spirit. Yayoi had a deduction moment, Namiko confirmed the suspicions. Clean detective work. Follow a kid that is dressed like Hanako of the toilet, not the smartest decision. |

| Damn, Oiran is probably their most dangerous asset. (guessing she will be offed once they face off with the god) Watergate spirit joined willingly, that's neat at least. (although I found it strange Yayoi didn't send out Sergeant against him [apart from going easy on kids and women], he does want to die but I guess he wouldn't be able to pass on in that case which he does want) The group's secret is also out...now the enemy knows about them and that S rank spirit is wrecking havoc. |

| It was nice to finally see the defeat of the watergate ghost, that kid was a tough one but went down after a long struggle against the Oiran, of course that wasn’t the end of the battle because they still had to reseal the Oiran who absolutely did not want to be lol. They thankfully had the Castle H ghost to help them tho, which allowed them to successfully reseal the Oiran and also capture the watergate ghost, another legendary Pokémon in the box lol. And afterward they ended up finding out Shami had been replaced, I’m glad because it would have felt like she was done more dirty than she already had been otherwise lol, and we also ended up meeting her sister Namiko who appeared to not be replaced, it was funny how she tried scouting Yayoi as her student tho lol. I’m also glad we have Namiko because I was upset to see a gilf like Shami get done like that, well now we have her sister to make me feel better lol. And lastly, damn those poor police officers, they definitely carried on the trope of cops dying in the horror genre, but that looked like a terrifying way to go with them all tied together by their hair like that before dying. And looks like next time we have a creepy little girl to look forward to, this can only mean good things lol. |
| What an ending to the arc. This series has really picked up steam. We are heading into 10 territory for this show depending how it ends. This show has been nothing short of excellent so far. So happy it's getting dubbed into English. |

| This was a nice ghost hunt. That kid killed a lot of innocent people so he doesn't get off scot free. But his situation is truly one where you can feel sympathetic and empathetic for. Now he can go on to be a anti-hero ghost with Yayoi's guidance. |
| Sadly so far they haven't gone back to the precinct, but I do hope eventually Yayoi goes there and cleans up the head ghost (or likely runs into her somewhere else). |
| It's interesting how some of the graduates actually turn friendly towards their captor such as the Castle H ghost and even the boy spirit appears that he'll comply since Yayoi promised him that she'll keep him full. Then there's the hostile ones such as Oiran that almost killed the gang plus the chanting priest one from an earlier episode. This has been a great horror-themed anime so far but with only 3 episodes remaining I wonder if they will be able to tie up all the loose ends considering there's a new character that was just introduced and will apparently create havoc for Yayoi at her school (based on the preview). Hopefully there will be a 2nd season announcement. |
| That explains Eiko and how her possession works. I think it's made it pretty obvious that something is up with Eiko, and she's likely possessed. However, she seems normal most of the time. Like the sister of that old lady just said, the possessed change aura when their mood changes. When Eiko gets all possessive and creepy with Kei, that's when whatever is possessing her will become more active, etc. No doubt, Yayoi will spot this at some point. Either late this season at the end, or next season. So hyped, such an interesting plot! I could put money on Eiko being exorcised next season! |

I can't imagine their horror when they realizes they are all fucked.. Yayoi and Shami was there but they didnt sensed that creepy girl.. Keitaro didnt feel anything too? Those officers would still be alive if they were on high alert.. |

| The darkness keeps creeping up closer to the team, seemingly with every episode. The final battle might prove to be extremely dangerous for the team, as the courtesan actually turned on them due to her own accord, miuch similar to the mantra priest. Some other graduates or even the majority might turn on them if they try to get them to battle god/Yayoi's mom consuming spirit. Casually mass murdering some cops in their own territory because the evil wanted some heads. I guess the learning processes of the lets ghost team is rather slow in general, no double-checking with their spirit sight and such if there were any evil spirits following them. |

| That little boy's death story breaks my heart. I feel so emotionally understanding about his rage, what that slut did to his father. He was so mad and sorry he found out he ate his father it's heartbreaking how his innocent soul was forced and abused towards corruption that it led to indiscriminate rage |

| The last bit of the fight was crazy. Glad they sealed the Oiran back up in time. The chunk with the police station and that woman's sister was the most interesting part of the episode. I wonder how strong that woman actually is... And now we have a crazy-eyed goth Lolita character. |

| Ah so the flaming courtesan got a victory after having those domain expansion imprisoned the spirit under the burns. Poor boy can't even get the hell out of those hell and received such a pain finisher. Still, the soul-sucker spirit also putting up the aftermath trouble to the gang while doing the reseal, even needed pretty Hayamin spirit in support. So, Oiran should be in shame, only winning against some little boy smh. I really don't like this Graduate victory, especially since the boy spirit behave well and decided to cooperate under the wing of Yayoi. Just like the high priest one! Alright, then. Second part kinda confuse me a bit. Thought those Shami sister might hide something behind and be a little suspicious because of her kind. Instead they showed how Shami-replaced s-rank spirit looks like and how its curse works over those poor police officer. Fuckin head stealer smh. Wonder what happen when those spirit meet with our Yoshitsugu spirit, the face stealer. Shall be great.... All in all, we nearly reach the end. The continuation news must be a pleasure. So come on, Olm, make it true. |

| There’s something creepy about the fact that you have a ghost who really hates your guts to the point they cuss you out like that, the monk was focused on killing keitarou, the soldier did his job and retreated but this ghost is not pulling her punches, she better hope the god/baby spirit doesn’t kill her. |

I think the circumstances behind their inception or creation as spirits (or the circumstances behind their death, is another way to look at it) plays into it majorly as well. The Castle H ghost was never a "bad" ghost in that seeking out and killing innocent people was not in its original nature to begin with. It was shown to be corrupted and driven crazy by that mummified shriveled hand relic. |
