I mean yeah the exercises are too focused on specific muscle groups. If you really want to build muscles go for it, but it's not for everyone just to be healthy and at normal weight.
As much as bodybuilder diet is quite expensive and takes lot of energy and time, that isn't for everyone just to be healthy either. I don't give up on my beloved carbs either lol

You don't need to cut out carbs either, unless you actually want to be shredded for competitions, carbs give you energy to lift said heavy weights. | @Risa92 Plus walking lots of walking up and down the two storey station and then from the station you have to walk all the way to the places you plan to visit. Some station like Tokyo station is basically a maze so more walking. Also bicycle tons of them there were even people hired to organize bicycle over there. As for food convenience and grocery stores are everywhere, places like Nakano is a food haven though. The only time i saw plus size Japanese was in Akihabara with a backpack carrying figures. |

I'd like to see more chubby characters that are appealing. Not so much feeling that way for fat ones cute or not since they never make very good use of them where their fat mode is just a temporary state for cheap gags or used in some isekai where you dont see them like that for long and the way they are drawn they often look more like a chibi or otherwise out of place looking in most cases. I'd like the added variety of character designs (including other things) but I wouldn't impose that as some standard and wouldnt like to see a chubby girl in every show because then it's no longer interesting to see. I think it's enough that the creators know it's okay to do that because some people would like it so if they think up a character like that then it could be done properly, but when you pressure it like a product it just gets done poorly. Asians actually need to have a bit lower BMI than everyone else because they have health problems at less high BMI than others. You can see this on some BMI calculators they have a checkbox to check if you're Asian which shifts the ranges for overweight and underweight to a lower BMI range.
