I'm not typically a fan of larger groups since I think the sound can get muddied the more people you add so Cozmez's cozy member count really vibes well with me and allows me to appreciate their sound more. They also don't feel overly high tempo which allows me to enjoy the meaning of the song more instead of just getting lost in the beat which is also a plus ๐ค If you enjoyed the song(s), what did you like about it? I really appreciated how the song had a sad feel to it but was never hopeless, just from this song alone you could tell the members had a troubled past full of hardships but look towards the future optimistically that better days will come. It's hard to find a good balance but I feel like they were able to pull it off well. I really enjoyed the trapesque feel the song had and overall tempo of the song, this type of song is something I often listen to depending on the mood I'm in ๐ค If you tried other songs from the playlists, did you find a song that you liked? I've listened to Akanyatsura's Leave It To Me before but when I saw it in the playlist I had to listen to it again. The feel good energy the song radiates is absolutely contagious and even though I said previously that the sound can get muddied in larger groups this song just flows so well and has no issue even with more members. It's just such an amazing song to close out summer with. ๐ค What do you think about the group's character designs? I really like both of their designs. Color wise they mesh really well and I'm a fan of their color pallet, it's just so nice to look at. I also really like their clothing designs, there looks to be a lot of freedom in what they wear besides their chokers which is really appealing to me. Out of all the groups it feels like the style I'd be most comfortable in. The only thing I'm not a fan of which doesn't even relate to their personal design, their group emoji being a snake is a big miss for me. ๐ค Any other comments? I like the reggaeton style of this group, but my favorites are The Cat's Whiskers, and my second favorites are BAE. I retook the quiz and got The Cat's Whiskers - MASTER OF MUSIC, which was the first Paradox Live song I ever heard, and is my favorite one as well. I first heard this song in April of 2022, while I was going through a very difficult period in my life, and I liked it so much that I decided to listen to other songs by The Cat's Whiskers and BAE as well. Coincidentally, the anime adaption was announced less than a month later. My favorite part of this song is Yohei Kanbayashi's fast, aggressive rapping, which is my favorite style of rap. I also really love the meowing in the chorus, because it is so cute. ๐ค Any other comments? I like Paradox Live because it is interesting and fun to see all these big voice actors and singers rapping. I am impressed at how good they are at rapping, while also playing a character. Outfits are pretty unique, I like Kei's big coat it's pretty stylish. The minimalist approach to the song kept everything sounding clean and simple, allowing the verses to take the spotlight. The funky piano melody leading in the beginning and returning for the chorus was lovely, I just think it's an element that always seems to blend well with chill hip-hop tunes, as is the case here. To be a bit nitpicky, I think the song would have been better if it were shorter. After the first minute and a half, aside from the lyrics, there isn't much else to look forward to. I understand that in projects like these, concepts and lyrics are crucial to deliver to the fans, which is why it's reasonable for the songs to be extended to convey their respective concepts and messaging effectively. So yeah, it's what it is. ๐ค If you enjoyed the song(s), what did you like about it? The strongest aspect of the song, which left the most significant impression on me, was the lyrics. They truly encapsulated what this group's concept appears to be about in a cool way. I'm curious about the backstory of this group now, so maybe I'll dig around a bit after posting this! I love the beat and transitions they use in the song, not to mention the bilingual lyrics throughout the whole thing. Sounded very modern and up-beat. ๐ค If the music wasn't to your taste, what did you think about the group? It was most certainly my taste in music but I want to note that the description of the group was very interesting. Both being orphans who grew up together and having each other's back along the way was very touching. ๐ค If you tried other songs from the playlists, did you find a song that you liked? I listened to 3 other songs on their playlists (Trust Nobody, Better Days and Ain't No Love). Personally I liked the Trust Nobody the most as the lyrics seemed to be something they could have easily come to feel and believe while growing up in their situation. ๐ค What do you think about the group's character designs? Very hip street fashion and a good color scheme to their clothing. ๐ค After retaking the quiz, which group (or song) do you prefer? I only retook the quiz once, as the first result was more jazzy and something reminiscent of bar music which I didn't care for. I only changed which emoticon I picked and chose the other color palette I liked. This was the results from those changes and was pretty much spot on to my liking. ๐ค Any other comments? First tike I've ever listened to any Paralive type music but found some new songs I really enjoyed so I am grateful! |

Overall I quite like TCW, their classy style of jazzy hip-hop is what makes them unique, though I do like some of their songs more than others. Can't beat my beloved AKYR though haha~ ๐ ๐ค If you enjoyed the song(s), what did you like about it? Without a doubt, the chorus. I'm not gonna deny that I find it can get repetitive, but it's hella catchy. As a cat lover, just having that 'meow meow meow' in the lyrics is an automatic win. Being the first song that came out of TCW too, I think it's a pretty nice one that set the tone for their jazz-style songs to come. ๐ค After retaking the quiz, which group (or song) did you prefer? I thought I'll retake the quiz but choose a different answer where I was hesitating between two the first time I took the quiz. My result this time is BAE's "BaNG!!!". The backstory of the group and the reason for the songs feel that much more honest and good. I love when songs have true meaning and I really did resonate with this song :) ๐ค If you enjoyed the song(s), what did you like about it? - I loved the vocals and the meaning behind it. I felt like they was relaying a message in the song to people and thats what i liked the most. Although, I was into similar music about 3-5 years ago, so maybe back then I would have considered this to be more suited to my taste. However, I have a huge appreciation for this kind of music. Kei Miyama - He seems like a generic character from what I've read on his profile page. Visually, there's nothing that stands out about him besides his hair colour. Rokuta - His design is really interesting to me - love his hair and eyes the most. He seems like a dynamic character; also has a more expanded-upon backstory compared to what I read about Kei. Itsuki - Black-haired characters usually always end up being my favourite. I was kinda shook when I pressed the trauma button on his character page and he turned blue (???) but other than that, I love the tattoos (?). Although I'm not gonna lie, I'm kind of tired of characters who have no emotions, but I understand his backstory. ๐ค Any other comments? Thank you for this event! After retaking the quiz with second answers I got The Cat Whiskers. I enjoyed both MVs shown. 1Nm8 seems something you can rock too while The Cat Whiskers sounds very classy which was nice and a group where u can relax to with their deep voices. ๐ค If you enjoyed the song(s), what did you like about it? 1Nm8 seems alike pop/kpop songs which I really enjoy! I really like the color schemes for 1Nm8, which made me also like the MV, it gave me inspiration in parts of the videos. The Cat Whiskers also has very aesthetic video which was fun to watch, I really like how classy it sounds and how the voices mixed! I love Amatsuki so I am glad I got his group! ๐ค What do you think about the group's character designs? From the two results I got, I love The Cat Whiskers design! I am very interested in the profiles and how the characters will interact in the anime as their profiles show that they are quite close. Reminded me a bit of lofi, but also pop. I think overall it matches well with my taste and is very catchy. ๐ค If you enjoyed the song(s), what did you like about it? I liked how it would often repeat lines in the song like meow meow meow. The beats often would repeat which I liked. I also liked the jazz lofi tone. This singing was also very nice. ๐ค What did you think about the group’s character designs? I really liked the groups character designs. They almost reminded me of Italian mobsters. Very New York City Street Wear. They often wore hats and were dressed quite classy. I think they dressed nice. |
