| I always found it odd how student councils work in anime (or maybe even in Japan in general). Around here that thing only exists for the sole purpose that they are the ones who go complain to staff if many students are unhappy with something. Students being given actual decision-making power or the ability to "discipline" anyone sounds ludicrous. Meanwhile in anime it often seems like the school staff or the principal doesn't even exist as they're never even shown or mentioned, and literally every decision about everything is made by the students themselves. |

| I have one in my favourites but I wouldn't want to spoil anything. Usually student council president characters annoy me a bit. Even someone like Nodoka-chan from K-On, I wasn't a fan of. But there was one I liked from the anime Denpa Kyoushi. I can't remember her name but I liked the banter she had with Kagami-sensei. |

I love how she's super comfortable wearing her otaku gear: bandana, plaid shirt and swirly glasses, but is all embarrassed to be seen when she's dressed like a normal person even though she is rich and beautiful. |
