I think the medium sized skirt is a aesthetic on it’s own.

Because shes not the “horny sister” but rather shes the “clueless cheerful sister” type which has it’s own charm. Skirt’s on their own are already pretty appealing.

I think it's fine since the scene is not so slow that its problamatic. Keeping it family friendlyish because demon slayer is a good anime that you could recommend to anyone but it could be a turn off if it's too ecchi.

Her current skirt length is already considered quite short... As she is a hashira, her character and personal style may not be best suited for a shorter skirt. In fact, I believe that if her skirt were any shorter, it might look odd with the rest of her outfit...
I have this perspective from my own experience of frequently wearing skirts on a daily basis, this could be different from your perspective ofcourse.
