| WOW AGAIN! Another great episode, well written, incredibly well written! Your heart just breaks for him in his last life and this one. The episode end walked a fine line between being a tear jerker and an up-lifter, and did it well, BRAVO! |

| Wasn’t 2 sure after the first episode this one really won me over rooting for Rudy he may have been a weirdo but he had his reasons. I like how they tackled parts of his previous life instead of just focusing on him being a badass in this one like allot of other isekai. A demon loli as well hope Roxy returns soon! |
| This was a rollercoaster of an episode. Rudeus has had a tragic life in real world and one can't really blame him that he turned into a shut-in. He was scared of being outside but Roxy was able to heal Rudy from that trauma. Some moments were really wholesome as well, the whole of last part of so touching and sad that Roxy was leaving but then the last scene happened and I was like LMAO. That maid has seen some shit lol. 5/5 episode. |

| The lining and dots on Rudy face is weird at 13:27. But yeah, I felt like I am going to miss rudy, they really put that immersion really good. I wonder if the maid in the house will start questioning Rudy more or not. |

| Gotta say, this episode got me worried I might get myself into creepy"Loli" territory (also the reason I didn't bother checking this out last year after seeing some clips). But seems like it's just gonna be part of the seldom comedy bits of the story anyway so, I'll keep going for now. I guess it's unavoidable when having a kid protag with a 34-year-old NEET man's consciousness. I just hope future episodes don't do too much of Rudy thirsting on young characters cause it's really uncomfy. The story's good though, so far. Just the right balance of seriousness and comical bits. Protag's harsh traumatic experience has been cured a bit too easily though. But just a bit. They did manage to establish that he had a very harsh experience, and why he would have Anthropophobia, but the solution ended up being, basically, people weren't looking at him but at someone (Roxy)/somewhere else. So he didn't really face the fear of encountering people, he just managed to dodge it. But it's just the beginning. Hope they touch on that again eventually. |

| Two Episodes in and we see Rudy's past life as he remembers his traumatizing life honestly I didn't think that was deserving unless he did something which we don't have full disclosure yet Aren't the parents aware that they could wake Rudy up in the middle of the night screaming like there's no return well and we see Roxy getting a feel well I thought Rudy would intervene Anyways I'm glad Roxy was there for him even indirectly curing at the moment his trauma from the past how sweet, She's nice I hope that they meet again sometime in the future. |

| Why has no one other than that maid questioned 4 y.o. kid acting at least 12+ and being OP at magic and understanding of things? I've just finished Spy Family and was annoyed by the stupidity of people and now this... Do writers of kids' anime ever think that someone older than 10 would question such obviously flawed moments? |

| It was pretty good. Seeing the reason why he doesn't like going outside was really good. The ending was pretty touching but not really emotional. Hope to see her again in the later episodes. |

| i loved how the kid learned how to do magic and have confidence compared to his old self who hated going to school (which i can relate) as someone who was in special ed during high school due to my autism it was painful hopefully when i shift to my DR i will have confidence like rudy and actually get to have the life i once had when my dad was alive so long ago eventually being treated like an adult and going to college in my desired reality unlike the parental guidence they call relationships here in this current reality (CR) |

| Rewatching this series in prep for season 2 and god these early episodes are so great. I felt like the 2nd cour for season 1 stood out more with the best episodes but this cour definitely is really strong in its own right too, even if the most controversial one for probably the whole franchise in the grand scheme of things. Love the relationships Roxy not only built with Rudeus as a complex master-student dynamic, but with her bonding with his family members too. When she left, it definitely felt like she was a part of the family. Even with how the folks at the village were greeting her when she was travelling with Rudeus outside for his graduation exam made her feel like a key part of that place as a whole. Of course she didn't know about Rudeus having trauma in his past life, but it's nice to see her involuntarily help him get over one aspects of his overall trauma from before. The peaceful Buena Village is a really good starting point for this series I have to say for him to grow and adapt to this world considering his situation in the past. |
| Here comes my main gripe with the series that kept me from watching it for so long: the degeneracy. I generally have no issues with fanservice or perverted MCs. But I hate the way MT executes it. Actually, I think I hate it in most isekai anime. I don't understand why almost every single isekai feels the need to add BS fanservice. But I guess they do it because horny weebs love buying them. Like, was there really any reason to show Roxy masturbating other than to get the viewer's dick hard? Anyways, I'll say some positives now. I like that the story has an explanation about Roxy's hair color instead of it being a typical anime thing where the hair colors are different for no reason. I also sympathize with the main character. But his extreme perversion keeps me from liking him. And it's going to be very hard for me to change my opinion about him. I know that the story is basically a big redemption arc for the MC, kinda like Re:ZERO. But it's hard for me to care about that if I don't like the personality of the MC in the first place. |
