Kadokawa opened an official website for a television anime adaptation of Sawayoshi Azuma's Oroka na Tenshi wa Akuma to Odoru (The Foolish Angel Dances with Demons) on Wednesday.

Azuma began serializing the supernatural comedy manga in Dengeki Maoh in June 2016. Kadokawa published the 14th volume last October, with the 15 volume scheduled for release on Thursday.

Synopsis
Akutsu Masatora is a demon who has infiltrated a high school in the human world. His goal is to find candidates to aid Hell in the fight against their natural enemies, the angels of Heaven. Assigned a seat next to Lily Amane, another student who transferred here not long ago, Akutsu falls prey to her beauty and decides to recruit her to his cause.

But there's more to Lily than meets the eye, and Akutsu not only finds himself an accomplice to one of the very enemies he is supposed to defeat, but he also might have developed feelings for her. [Written by MAL Rewrite]

maybe if they actually adapted the stories faithfully, BD would sell more...

Oh my, to think this almost forgotten manga I've read before actually get anime adaptation....

Quite surprising.

It's kind of like Kishuku gakkou no juliet but with fantasy and some magic stuffs.

Yeah this was surprising, considering the manga's chapter releases feel more random than "on a schedule".
Hopefully this makes the manga updates more consistent again(?).
Don't mind me,
just passing by...

Nah nah, Akutsu is not some "Beta Male MC", he's actually kinda cool. As someone who loves this Manga, he's actually a pretty enjoyable and honest protag with some very strong elements to him.
That said, Amane Lily steals the show from him anyways, best Female character in any Manga ever, she's an absolute riot. Looking forward to hearing what I'd assume to be Hondo Kaede play her in the anime; she did a great job for the Voice Comic.

I love KuruMizu!

The Manga's been on a pretty good schedule actually, it's basically been on a one chapter per month pattern with Dengeki Maoh's monthly releases, usually with a one month break after the release of the latest Volume. (15 as of the release of Chapter 75.) And considering that Oroka na Tenshi's chapters average anything from 30 to 50 pages each, that's a pretty good schedule.
It would be nice to see more often translations of the Manga though, the translations drop pretty erraticallly.

I love KuruMizu!

The first thing which comes to mind after looking over these innovative titles and basis synopsis is light novel. Though that being not the source but a manga gave a good surprise.

What do you mean by that, detective? This is a supernatural romcom about a demon and an angel. Idols have nothing to do with it.
