| Buddies daddy is finally end. It's a happy ending! Hooray! Rei father is a mafia/hitmen family boss, but he actually doesn't really that evil. He just let his only son live happily. Miri's finally grow up to a high school girl. She's still cute and a good daughter of two papa's. A good original anime, their's no need a season 2, it's already a good happy ending. |

| I cold be wrong, but I have a feeling that's not how the manga ends... Anyway, pretty mediocer end. I thought it was going to be the anime of the season, but the last few episodes are sooo forced! My throat is gonna hurt for a few days after swallowing this. Rest in pieces |
| Wow I wasn't expecting that ending. It was so abrupt. Good thing Miri didn't end up being a rebel. Sad to see this end. Definitely anime of the season though I think. I will say that it felt repetitive at one point so it was getting boring |

| I didn't expect to see a time skip with Miri being a highschooler, that was heartwarming, too bad we won't see a 2nd season but it was already really good at an alternative Spy x Family xD |

| The vibrant colours throughout this show makes it a very fun watch and easy on the eyes. The action moves were a fun watch, but humor expression could use more works, but the sad scenes were done decently. |

| Was skeptical about this last episode. Didn't think there'd be enough time to wrap it up, but the ending was surprisingly good. Ogino getting a knife put through his throat was visceral af, but well deserved. Poetic justice. Rei shooting himself in the arm just to prove a point. What a badass. Seeing Miri all grown up made me smile. Glad we got a happy ending though I wish Miri's mother didn't die. Hope we get more original anime like this. This was anime was a pleasant surprise. 8/10 |

| Omg, I loved the action in this episode, the little details like when Rei's hair tie came off was great and also when the knife went through Ogino's body when he fell. Throwing the lighter as a finishing touch made me satisfied lol, even though I was expecting the house to explode. The ending was warm, I didn't expect to be given a scene of their lives after 10 years later :") Miri has become a high school girl and Rei-Kazuki is the owner of a diner. Happy family ♡ |

| I enjoyed this series so much... Even though I find Miri's mother death a bit out of the blue and convenient to the plot, I'm glad she managed to spend some time with her. And also glad that the hired gun got what he deserved. Time skip came right on time; Miri grew up and kept her mother in heart. A good finale. |

| I think that 12 episodes are too short for this anime. There are many things left unexplained: What happened to Rei's family? Did Miri know what happened to her real parents? How will Miri explain to her friends that she has two papas? The last two episodes were rushed. This anime had the potential to be really good, but for me, it is only a 7/10. |

| What a great ending. One of the best anime originals I’ve seen for sure, and it’s definitely better than all of the lacklustre anime originals I’ve seen last year (Lycoris Recoil, Engage Kiss, and Shinobi no Ittoki) |

| While concise, the finale felt satisfying with how Ogino is killed (that explosion was absolutely necessary though even if overkill) and how Rei's father gave in to Rei's demands (thank god it wasnt a pinky finger removal ala Yakuza tropes) Was hoping for more 10 year timeskip content but that would do, this was another fun ride by P.A Works |

| It was a cozy and unpretentious show. After the middle season more into SoL the last three episodes developed the main part of the plot and I liked the ending. This studios still offering nice surprises like this and Paripi Koumei, good work! |

| That was a perfect ending. Really loved their character development the whole season, especially Rei. The way he confronted his father, it was surprising to see this change in Rei. I freaked out when he shot his own arm, but that dramatic scene made the final episode more cooler. Glad that this Suwa boss had even a slight bit fatherly feelings left in him to not kill his own son. Ogino's death was satisfying to watch. Also really loved that “Oh Daddy Oh Daddy” OST XD That ending tho...I wasn't expecting a time skip of 10 years. Teen Miri looks so adorable. Love how she grew up to be such an understanding person instead of Kazuki's imagination of that delinquent Miri XD For an original anime, this surprisingly did a really good job. The best part of this anime is how they tried to portray that one doesn't need to have a romantic and blood connection to be a family and what matters is for them to have a bond that is more special than any other connection. Overall 9/10 It's been a while I rated an original anime this high. |
| Does that mean there will be an anime with a kid with two moms? lol It was enjoyable for what it was. I still like Spy x Family a bit more mainly because I never really liked loud kids like Mira that much. 7/10 |

| Cute overall, but the heavy segregation of the family and spy bits made for a weird tone. This isn't the ending the guys who made Miri an orphan deserve. And sure, not everyone gets what they deserve, but the emotional impact is cutoff too with the way so much of the Miri playtime would have been the same if they weren't assassins. |
| It's hard to enjoy the happy ending when you consider how they stole the mothers chance at changing because of their own selfishness. Still enjoyed the show but left me feeling pretty bittersweet about the outcome. Having Ogino die in such a way that he can't speak his final words was a nice touch, my favorite bit for sure. |
