| A pretty intense episode. I have a feeling that Zheng will decide to spare the Queen Dowager's children. Everything wrapped up pretty nicely with the fights, though I am still waiting for Lu Buwei's punishment. Whatever it is, it better be worse than what happens to the Queen Dowager and Lao Ai. |

| I don't feel at least a bit sorry for this queen. Saying all those things she's suffered from as if they're valid excuses and she's saying it to Zheng as if he wasn't there when he also suffered many of those. No excuses for this bitch. And while I don't want her innocent kids to die, idk maybe pretend to kill them in front of her for maximum damage lol but don't actually kill them. Now Lao Ai, this dude I feel real sorry for. He's an actual victim here who's been used by everyone around him. Still, he's got to go. And let's not forget Lu Buwei. |

| finally more seinen vibes lol. zheng said it out and clear that he will kill 2 innocent children, just because they might rebel in the future. and if it weren't for deigo, he wouldn't even hesitate. gotta say though, deigo surprised me her. and while i'm not pity her so much, i will be surprised more if zheng won't spare her children given most shounen route this anime mostly taken all this aside, i do want to see lu-buwy head on the floor, he deserves it |
