| i never had a high opinion about Mikasa. and yes she is really bland and sometimes i wanted to go in the manga panel or the screen and punch her on the occiput. buuuut she is not sooooo badly written as many people say. Eren was most of the time not good for her and i felt sorry for her, but i was also angry. i really wanted to like her but her acting like a burdock and a maniac when its about Eren its simply annoyed me. sure i get it, she dont want to lose him, sure i get it, sure after her parents died she was all alone, sure i get it the Ackermann imprinting also plays a role. yes. but this doesn't made me feel better when it comes to Mikasa. again i wanted to like her, she is badass, i like her design and sure she also has a heart: -she hesitated to kill Reiner and Berthold in season 2, -she cares very much for Armin, -she and Sasha were good friends and she was sitting until evening on her grave, she had compassion with Ymir and gave Historia time to clear things(also season 2) -she saved Gabi, -and actually yes she also saved the Jägerists by killing brutal and cruel the four guys to scare the other guys off. and it worked. so yes, Mikasa is more as "Ereh, Ereh, Ereh". i just wished Isayama gave her more personallity as a whole. careful here also some Manga spoiler: |

Not accusing you, but some of them liked her coz she was pretty, but now she's not so they don't. Kinda tells you about shonen anime fans. |
Anime was it's best 20000 years ago, when cavemen drew art with real depth. Modern anime is all garbage. I miss great old days of anime. |

| Yeah Mikasa is a great Character I mean Her character development isn't only ereh, okay? Like I admit that her journey started after being saved by Eren. Her powers were awakened by Eren. Her favorite motto is "if we don't win, we die, if we win, we live; and if we don't fight, we can't win" which was originally Eren's. Her reason for joining the survey corp is to protect Eren. Her favorite thing is a scarf which was given by Eren. Her dramatic need is staying by Eren's side. Ideal world/life is being with Eren. Lives to remember Eren. Her reason to live is Eren. Her Arc is about letting go of Eren. Inner conflict is ideal Eren vs real Eren. Her dilemma is choosing Humanity vs Eren. Her fear is losing Eren. Her goal is to live a peaceful life with Eren. B-but she said sorry to Levi which proves that her character isn't only ereh. Ok? OK??????!!!!!!!! Jeez, YOU JUST DONT UNDERSTAND HER CHARACTER. SLAY QUEEN π π |

| As one of the main character, she needed way more dialogues. Everytime she's onscreen, I always hope she says something, I mean anything or express herself instead of staying mute for the most part & only opening her mouth when "Eren" is the topic of conversation. This has become even a bigger issue after the time skip. She doesn't feel important anymore at all. She has almost become a killing Robot now who only talks when Eren is involved, otherwise her system that involves talking stays off. The recent episode establishes this even further. It almost felt like she enjoyed killing those Yeagerists & bathing in their blood. Has she joined the alliance because Genocide=Bad or is it because she just doesn't want Eren to commit such heinous act? She never speaks, so how can I know what she thinks of the entire situation? She obviously still "loves" Eren because she didn't let go of that Scarf. If she had let go of that Scarf, that would have probably been better for her character development because it could have symbolised that she has finally moved on from Eren. So for now, I don't like her that much. |

Mikasa had already killed 10 people atleast from the diseases that the scarf carries. Mikasa is more 1 dimensional than the x axis itself i hope isayama understands that he has created the worst thing to exist in this world . | I dislike clingy and dependant characters who have no individuality, and rely on other characters for their development. Mikasa is a prime example. |
