I think you're forgetting the fact that the yaegerists are fighting 5 of the 7 currently existing titan shifters (4 of which actually transformed), as well as trained scouts. Naturally the scouts are going to be much more skilled in 3DMG than most, if not all yaegerists apart from floch as we saw in this episode, who ironically, was also a scout lol. The yaegerists mostly consist of military police or garrison members that have much less training. |
| The animation was good, but I felt that Keith Shadis reasoning for dying is lacking, "just wanted a good place to die". But ever since they teamed up with Marley, everything felt so forced and sudden. |

| This show is the best example of a beautiful tragedy. Being able to see the perspectives and feelings in each situation and making the audience empathize the reasoning behind the senseless killing of each other. Down to where Floch's failed final effort kinda made me feel bad. Floch isnt the MC but he was the only soldier to survive the Beast Titan assault and never stopped fighting for the place his comrades died in agony for. He was unwilling to think through situations he always made the immoral approach but by god his story is a tragedy in its own |

Now that I think about it, thats actually true, I was never really a fan of Mikasa. The fact that Gabi ALONE, has way more development than Mikasa does out of all other previous seasons, even though I dislike Gabi. |

Realizing their sins and seeing a chance to die for their atonement and aid their hopes of saving the world. Shadis even tried to sabotage Eren's ODM to stop him but still failed to stop him directly before he could become a scout. So if he couldnt do it directly aid those who can. |

| I am so surprised that Mikasa group was raining with bullet and none of them hit. I am also surprised that both the ship and Female/Armor titan so closed to the ship and none of them explosion impact actually damage the ship. Also, if Floch group are going to rain down the missile on Female/Armor titan in the first place, why in the previous episode, they just flying around them to suicide without launching any missile at all? Episode 10 and 11 are so stupid, none of the Mikasa group got injured beside Armin. |

| What an episode. To kill people, enemies or friends, you have to abandon your humanity, see them as less than humans. Rip shadis, the forgotten bystander in life and death. Although not as polished, this episode had more animation than the best wit episode, 'Hero'. Ofcourse people would disagree. I must be blind, coz I don't see plot convenience and narrative loopholes at all. People project themselves on characters and then complain why characters don't behave like they think how they should. |
Anime was it's best 20000 years ago, when cavemen drew art with real depth. Modern anime is all garbage. I miss great old days of anime. |

| This episode further proved that Jun Shishido is the only one who fully knew what AOT was all about until Hayashi fully understood the assignment. A lot of anime-original content here and there, and it really flied quick as if it's just like 3 minutes. It's worth mentioning that Takashi Kojima elevated Connie more than what he deserved just now by pulling off a Levi as if he's a natural. This is definitely one of the best episodes of the series so far. |

 Gotta love Hange-san and Jean grieving the death of Theo while mercilessly going around massacring their own people.. Genocide of other people is bad but stopping it would mean genocide of her own people isn't.. Hypocrisy at its finest.. Floch was the true MVP, dude fought to the last bitter end.. I was happy reading this fight in the manga but now that it's animated.. can't believe how much the writing has gone down the gutter.. over 300-400 scouts weren't able to land a single hit on any non titan? what.. |
| Pain. Just pain. Chad Shadis has been put to rest with Magath. The fight was good. That one scene with Mikasa where she stands like a hero and a explosion happens behind her was too corny lmao. Falco transformed and wrecked havoc, he looks fearsome in his titan form. Floch is dead I think? They are finally out the port and now just one more episode is left. I can smell a nasty and mind-boggling cliffhanger already, I'm not ready. |

| The first actual decently-animated, paced and directed episode this season and it's the 11th one. I mean, I'd like to say 'well done' but there's also the absolute fact that the episodes leading up to it were total shit (narrative and production-wise). |

| A 10/10 episode, elevating manga contents! The best action episode of the Final season and one of the best in the entire series. MAPPA gave us a sakuga fest I never dreamed of! Connie, Mikasa and, surprisingly, Floch all got god-level action scenes. Falco's titan introduction was glorious! And finally the ending was made increadibly emotional with Magath and Shadis. I expect great things from the last episode, but this season is already GOATED. |
| such a good episode!! had me feeling emotional at the end with keith and magath even though i already knew it was happening, the music and silence during the ships explosion really added to it. i'm a mikasa stan so i just want to point out how good she looked this episode >:) but fr, the animation of her fighting the yeagerists was really good, she looked super badass. the animation during the fighting in this episode in general was super good. also loved mikasa's small little moments with annie this episode. helping her keep her balance after fighting and comforting her in the aftercredits scenes were so sweet. i love their growth. only one episode left.. i'm a bit concerned as a manga reader. there's too much material for one episode. is a movie going to be what this series ends off with? is it going to be an extra long episode? i wouldn't mind a movie, i know people will say they're milking it but i don't mind because i'm not ready for it to end LOL. i'm sad i haven't seen my favorite chapter animated (chapter 123). if it's ending with one episode i definitely doubt it'll be animated, but maybe they'll slide it in somewhere if they're making a movie? idk. i just want to see levi being mistaken for a kid and mikasa eating her ice cream animated so i can feel joy again |

| Floch got denied hard. Height of ep. I pitied him in old seasons but he would have been better off dead for real. Now I'm liking Annie more when I've hated her for years.. This anime evolved so much. |
| More bloodbath in this episode I presume as a continuation from the last one, It's getting brutal as before we didn't see much blood splatter like this in the past episodes Falco's transformation didn't succeed but he did the job done as intended, Shadis and Magath's death was the most impactful here, Only one more episode left sadly it's delayed for a week. |

On the other hand, it might not be enough for a television season, unless they’ll say fuck it and go for a short season of 7, 8 or 9 episodes (the second season of Owarimonogatari is only 7 episodes long, for example). |
