| While my public school experience wasn't as extreme, but sure I can share some stuff. -People vaped right outside the main hall until 2nd year when my school did police checks weekly from a stabbing event (irregular schedule, but it was once a week) -class at the time had windows staring the main parking lot. Saw someone stabbed there, though it was far enough I couldn't make out too many details. Apparently it was a feud by private school students but they decided to come to my public school to sort things out. The stabbed guy came out alive, but was in critical condition for a while -sex under the stairway was common until they installed convex mirrors that reflect to the security cameras installed. Sex stopped for a while until they realized that the security guy usually left during lunch break and didn't bother to rewind footage lol -some guy I knew downloaded an obscene amount of porn from the school network, got suspended afterwards. His reason? Faster download speed - girls in cliques threatened to leak nudes of their "friends" if they crossed the line. Cheating on boyfriends was the most common reason. -kid in my class had anger issues, never talked to the guy. Threw a chair nearly in my face for no reason. Felt my hair moving from the impact. -not as much drug users; selling drugs, especially marijuana, was more common. It was a family business too, so the parents were in on it. Families forced their kids to take finance and economics electives so they could become successful in the drug business. Saw a first year try to sell drugs to my art teacher because she had a mullet cut (so he assumed she was doing drugs lol) -school was near a highway, so trucks were commonly driving right across the school. Saw someone attempted to jaywalk and got hit by the tip of the truck. Sent the student down on the ground, had a concussion and all. The sidewalk was scrapped with blood too. Luckily, he came out alive, but partially deaf in one ear and some balance problems. -there was a combini right beside my school. I could leave school grounds during lunch and head there to get stuff. Some students did a robbery while I was in there during lunch. The clerk locked us all in and refused to let us any of the customers leave until they gave his stuff back. The students played the stupid game and claimed they didn't steal. Clerk gave up but kept their faces posted as a warning to never come back in. I was late for class that day. -learned to minimize drinking water/eating at school to avoid going to the washroom for many obvious reasons -pedo teacher, school board did nothing except paid leave for a couple of years before he returned to the school. | Lmao, some of these answers are craazy. One time, in my first high school, these girls were fighting. The art teacher managed to pry them apart, but one of then ran head-first into a metal doorframe. At the same school, I saw my principal twerking at homecoming, so it was an experience to say the least. Glad I moved, haha. I dunno if this counts, but one of my history teachers was consistently snorting in class, and she ended up getting arrested for having her drugs dropped off in her car in the school parking lot.
