| Man I can't take these 180 drift in emotions in a single fucking episode!! The wholesomeness in the first half totally felt like I was rewatching Yuru camp😍, albeit in more fantasy-type world, only for them to be busted by those soldiers from the farm in the second half😭. Plus with the return of "mommy" Isabella, it sure looks things are about to get nastier..😨 |

I'm an anime-only and I honestly don't get this hate, even if the anime decides to completely exclude this Yuugo character but still manages to present us with a different and gripping storyline than the manga one till the end, is there a problem with that?? |

| Well, even as an anime-only, this was plainly rushed and was nothing short of a terrible episode all around. First off, the ominous room ends up coming to absolutely nothing, not even being mentioned to Emma and Ray nor being in any way relevant to the reality of William Minerva. Then the show decides to foreshadow an attack on the bunker literally one scene before it happens, making it feel incredibly rushed and making me wonder what purpose this entire series of events even served besides gaining another bread crumb of a clue from Minerva; if this scene had been at the start of the episode, before we got to see the kids enjoying some time in the bunker (a time period of apparently just a few days, no less), it would have felt less rushed and better set the mood for the rest of the episode. Beyond that, I really don't see why the show is bringing Isabella back into things at this point; she's served her purpose and bringing her back only bogs this whole thing down even more. Let's also ignore the demon ex machina that allowed the kids to escape from the soldiers for Isabella to be made necessary at all. This is such a humungous disappointment after the excellent season 1, and it feels like it's only going to get even worse from here on out. |
| I don't understand how anime onlys are happy about an anime going a completely different route from the source material when 90% of anime that did that ended in a hot jumble mess of a plot. It's not like manga readers are just bitching about a minute thing. Also yall holding on that statement that tge author is supervising the anime when I don't think she would agreed about completely deleting a major character that served a big purpose and development to the story. Yall just waiting a disaster to happen. |

| From what I've gathered, the manga fell off and was rushed near the end, so I don't mind the originally adaptation, especially with the overview of the author. That being said, the show feels all over the place right now. Maybe we'll get more clarity as more episodes come out. This was still a good episode though. Some parts felt jarring, but I still enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to next week. |

| And just like that they are gone from the shelter. I guess that's to be expected with them cutting like half the fucking manga or whatever. Tbh idk what I expected with how butchered the first season was jamming 37 chapters in 12 episodes. So yeah feels pretty fast. How did these goons find this place again? And a bomb??? You knew where the entrance was and you thought a bomb would be the best way to open the door? I guess it would be too hard to bs a way for the kids the escape if they used any tactics. They still managed to be waiting in the correct place, but of course random demon shows up and specifically eats all the adults. Which btw apparently forgot they were holding guns. But I mean it didn't matter anyway cause apparently that demon is immune to bullets. Good thing one arrow to the dome is all it takes for it's head to implode tho. |

| Rewriting the story and making big changes when writing an adaptation is fine, but for this story in particular it wasn't something I personally wanted or needed. From previous experience original anime storylines when going in their own direction from a manga usually ends them in convoluted territory or simplified and boring territory. Not looking forward to the rest. |

Somehow this episode felt like a let down. The story had progressed and now in the blink of an eye or rather in 15 minutes... we are back in the forest with everyone chasing the kids. This reminds me of an old TV show called The Fugitive. Every episode had Dr Kimball on the run at the end. I can't speak to Anime vs Manga since I have never read the manga. Oh well.....complain or not......we can watch it or not. I will continue to watch it and hope for and interesting episode.  |

| Man I fell off the manga around the point they left the base for the first time towards I assume this Goldy Pond arc so I am basically anime only from this point on and.... This episode was kind of crap. The soldiers were both random and incompetent, a deadly combo. We have no faith in introducing a new antagonist for our bold new, anime original plotline so we will just bring back the antagonist of the first arc. And we waste half the episode doing nothing |
| for real they skipped over the goldy pond arc?? at this point they’re just probably gonna try to adapt the entire manga in a season... mate as well, what the fuck is this show turning into, i dont need to see the kids eating fish (last episode there was the bath scene like wtf). s1 ep4 already had that incredible plot twist about ray that got me personally hooked to the show. then there’s isabella, so my guess they’ll probably use isabella as the antagonist for this season again instead of people like another thing that i found stupid was the raid, they had guns and fucking lost to a bow especially a bunch of kids...didnt the demon mentioned that to capture the premium quality children (emma and ray) and just dont give a fuck about the others, so why arent they shooting. i know its a shounen and they wont just kill all the kids u know but at least attempt to...shoot and miss or sth (they didnt shoot one bullet towards them) one more thing for now ill just wait to see how the entire season turns out. |

| I have completed the manga and loved it and then the episode didn't go as I expected it to so I was disappointed, but pls don't hate it until seeing how the story progresses from now, I don't think people should judge until the last episode comes. Also sorry for my bad English, it is not my first language |

| Very disappointed that this had cut out goldy pond and Yuugo which in my opinion was the best arc of the manga. I wonder if they’ll cut out even more of those characters or they’ll rejoin later? |
