Aya Man, never have I seen such a beautiful and clean arrangement of ciders. Cassette Promise me you'll stay far, far, away from these before touching another drop of alcohol. Aya I got it, already! ...But I wanna celebrate NOW not later! Cassette 77 singing bartenders visited this bar to deliver 127 attempts at the room. 53% showed off their mastery of ciders and managed to score every little bit of candy available, but 86% managed to finish at least the first seven sides. An impressive effort all around. Aya Don't ignore me... But, that's pretty good, hey! Aya What's more surprising is that all my music collected a total of 3,834 plays! I'm practically famous! Cassette How come we didn't see all these people in our room... Aya Now... MOST IMPORTANTLY, the result of the popularity contest between Cass and I... Cassette W-What? Aya I WON! Of course, I won! 47 of you reached my ending! Cassette I don't really care, to be honest... Aya YOU DO! Cassette Hm, it looks like I got 42 people in my ending. That's not too bad? Aya SEE, YOU DO CARE! But, when it came to being completely faithful to either one of us, just 3 people sacrificed their candy for a lifelong deal of drinks and epic fun with me while Cass stole the hearts of 2 others. For the first time, we've finally reached for the anisongs so I hope some of these tunes came familiar and were a delight to listen to! Zoku as "ED3" C: Cider by CHiCO with HoneyWorks D: Platinum Jet by Donut◎Quintet from Shirobako as "ED2" E: Yuki ni Saku Hana by Hanazawa Kana from Shinsekai yori as "ED2" F: Hello, Hoshi wo Kazoete by μ’s from Love Live! The School Idol Movie as "IN1" AYA: Look at me by YURIA from School Days as "ED5" CASS: a little love song by Kakitsubata Kikyou from Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate as "Chisato ED" Normal End: Smile! by Morishita Rana from Trinoline: Genesis as "Shirone ED" Aya's Ending: Ayunde Ikou. by Yatsyhashi Cinnamon from Trinoline: Genesis as "Yuuri ED" Cassette's Ending: Kokuhaku by Ishihara Mai from Trinoline: Genesis as "Sara ED" Side T and A both came from very popular anime, so I hoped this helped deceive ease people into the room. Naturally, Side C was the namesake for this room with the sounds of ciders popping "shuwawa"! But, it proved to be no match for everyone's favourite, "Ne, Lunar, Lunar!" nightmare which was a bit tricky for me to slice so that no two "Lunar, Lunar"s were the same as not to be too confusing to solve. When it came to the bonuses, Side: AYA was all about the tiniest of ciders cut to the tune of School Days' ED5 over a brief 20 seconds, but the hint was given in the form of the second chorus that followed which could be used as the guide to piece together the song back together again without knowing the melody. Or you could just google the lyrics. Meanwhile, Side: CASS spaced its 20 ciders over a verse and two choruses, matching exactly with the lyric book that appears as the chocolate bar wrapper hint that a lot of you shockingly skipped... The hint contained the line durations for the second chorus, helping settle the difference between identical lines and also served as a general guide as to where to put the lyrics even if you couldn't decipher the Japanese as some vocals had English. Or you could find the name of the song, too. Still, Side: CASS proved to be the harder of the two bonuses to achieve. When it came to the standard sides, Side D (surprise, surprise) caught the most people out, followed then by Side F while almost everyone did extremely well to piece together the special full size chorus of Side E with its short ciders which I thought would be the most challenging. All in all, it was good to see people enjoy this room again even though it ran similarly to last year's. Hopefully, I'll return next year with a fresh new idea with a dash of music but until then, I think you have other MALoween rooms to solve! Thank you for playing! |
