Ok, so far both in the synopsis and the manga isn't telling us as to Yuzaki's character, some like fandom says that she's immortal , it also says that she's from the moon so , what do ya think about Yuzaki?

Mod Edit: Added spoiler warning in title.

I'd just assume the writer does not want people to leave the series. I mean some people are saying this is great and others are saying its cool at first but you get tired of the cute shit.

But if it isn't - I wish this was a mystery anime sortA..

I don't know about the third option. I think they showed the marriage registration and her age, they also said you need identification for marriage so I don't really think that could be faked easily. And the serial killer one would be kinda dumb, if you are a serial killer then you should be fairly famous right for killing people in a certain way or people will assume they are two entirely different murders. If there was a trend of getting married and a year later the husband being dead im pretty sure that nasa would have known not to marry some random girl who disappears for years at a time..

My guess doesn't exactly fit into any of the catagories.
I think she's a reincarnation (of sorts) of princess kaguya, it's hinted at
She 'dissapears' (returns home) for three years and is allowed to return because Nasa defied death twice and truck-kun to confess to her, unlike the story when they gave up.
Given that her guardians were fine with her running off and marrying without objection they don't seem to concerned about Nasa himself, and I figure Tsukasa can handle herself if he causes trouble

my thoughts =

there's few hint given in the early episodes.

-Truck scene=she is get hit by truck(in front of nasa) and get injured. but it seems her wound was healed.and she be able to identify nasa injury just by looking. and have knowledge like wiki (isn't she robot? or divine creature?)

-she is somehow dissappears. nasa can't find her for 3 years(?). the most logical theory in that time she come back to the moon.

-she told nasa to forget her before twice insistly.isnt that mean she is since beginning didn't mean live longer in that place(earth)

-

so my theory is =

Tsukasa is alien =

Tsukasa is kaguya's descendant/family/.
her family name is Tsukuyomi. which is mean the god of the moon.
and "Taketori monogatari" is based on true story in this universe.

sadly somehow in the future both of them will be separated. and nasa should fight hard to get her back. maybe this is will explain why it has sci-fi tags.

second theory is =
Tsukasa is robot.

all I know is, it's not everyday you see a romance anime where the main heroine looks like a sadistic/teasing character but is actually derpy and cute af lol

Well, I’ve already spoiled, but it’s not like it really matters anyways since this is just a wholesome romcom.

I really don't want this series be anything other than wholesome. Supernatural would kinda ruin it, unless it's done in a good way.

Maybe she is a demigod. The daughter of a human and Tsukiyomi for example. That would explain why she is not getting sick or her body high endurance and ability to regenerate quickly from injuries.

The more I think about it, more obvious it becomes to me that supernatural elements are involved in this show.
I also have doubts that she may be having mental Issues, but people provided spoilers from the manga and I think the supernatural is still unavoidable.
One thing I hope will not happen however, - is sad ending, or a lot of sad shit! I'm 98% positive the author won't F us and deliver a bad ending, though I'm 98% positive there will be some super sad/heart wrenching moment(s) towards the end, when MC will have to do something extraordinary/awesome to stay with Yuzaki forever; or prevent her from disappearing (I mean it's been 5 episodes so far and MC's greatest fear is that the girl will one day disappear without trace - like the first time they met so...foreshadowing?)
We may get a moment when she disappears and MC desperately tries to get her back? I don't know how I'll feel if he has to LITERALLY fly to the moon to get her back or something! Hence his name - Nasa, will come into play or some shit...?:)

Yeah, hopefully it just stays wholesome and doesn't go all sci-fi and over the top drama/supernatural! A little bit would be nice, but too much-would be too much...I think...

Okay going off topic one of the reason this manga is popular because it's from the creator of Hayate no Gotuku which ran for over 13 years and if you read it or watch anime [not recommended in this context] then you can easily see that even it was supposedly a normal story it somehow becomes complex over time and author via their characters have always said "it's a structural flaw" and made it very supernatural and uneasy to end

Therefore, if author hasn't overcame that problem then this may happen again but I am positive this will happily but not satisfactory as many questions will stay unanswered

P.S. Please don't hate me, I, myself, am a very great fan of Hata Kenjirou's Hayate no Gotoku and have watched all anime release and read main manga. You can see my ID to confirm or ask me questions

LoL, not gonna hate xD Though understandable -_-, I mean, it's hard to express different opinions on Mal (or anywhere) these times...
I haven't seen/read that other story, but yeah, thanks to you now it seems inevitable that the Girl is really from the moon/alien/spirit - not normal human.
I'm fine with it, as long as it's still entertaining/wholesome/fun, and less sad/depressing.

Personally,I think it's all going to turn out that he was put into a coma by Truck-kun and its all in his head, and when he wakes up,the entire world has been decimated by elder gods, and he spends years looking for the girl from his dreams, only to find out she was actually Nyarlathotep messing with his mind so he'd eventually go insane and run off with Nyaruko :)
Well, run off with Nyaruko after he's seduced into sitting on Bench-kun,and then it got REALLY weird!

Just joking!

OR am I?

She's a serial killer who sees Nasa as her next victim.

A baby faced divorcee, that lies about her age, marital status, and source of income, for her she sees Nasa as her tadpole.

If she turns out to be any of those I would pick this series back up, because as far as I managed to sit through this shit, she seemed to be the most generic "perfect waifu" girl I've seen in quite a while, the series even goes out of its way to remind me every 5 seconds that she's soooo cute. Like, come on, man...
Who are you and why do you show your hostility towards a complete stranger whom you've not once spoken with before. Are you seriously asking to get blocked? Well, if that's what your intent is; to tempt me into throwing hands with someone as lowly and insignificant as you, then i may grant your wish provided you articulate yourself a bit better when trying to spite a person of my wavelength.

After episode 6 and 7 I think it's clear now that Tsukasa has been around for 1000+years at least. She knows landscapes and history and "old Japanese?" - she clearly remembers history the way a person who WAS part of that history would remember.
I didn't expect they'd make this so obvious so soon, but we've been teased/given hints for a while now. For now it's like a secret every viewer knows, but the author keeps it a secret for a drama-bomb in the end. Why though? I mean MC will certainly not care if she's a real goddess or normal human; he already sees her as a goddess. Why keep it a secret for too long?
Hopefully the (reason) author won't play "dirty" and invent a plot-device that prevents the two from staying together "forever after". Something like an ancient rival or some god-rules that prevents Tsukasa from "staying on Earth" after some time has passed; or some similar crap that may make Tsukasa a "biatch", who "played family game" with a mortal and then disappeared lol.

I might had another guess. Tsukasa was a time traveller that already travelling around the past time, and came back to the present time to messed up Nasa's mind. Or she was already married to him before, and wanted to take a sweet time she already miss in the future. So thats why she did a travelling through all the time.
(don't take this seriously)

I have to go with the majority opinion here (i.e. she's an immortal or some kind of extraterrestrial being). My personal reason is simple ....she is too perfect. A combination of being pretty/cute, considerate of others, mild-tempered, practical-minded, doesn't care about material wealth and consumerism, having lots of patience (especially to the "inexperienced"), etc.

She has to be some sort of angel/deity/supernatural being, there are just too many comparisons for it not to be the case e.g how she was magically fine after being hit by a truck, Nasa referred to her as an angel or something in the first episode (IIRC), on the bus ride, she compares the journey to travelling by horse and cart in the 1700’s or something, and how she can read ancient japanese at first glance, something that not even Nasa’s father can do and he works in that field. She must have been alive for a very long time
