She genuinely cares a lot about others and tries her best to not hurt anyone. I just absolutely love these aspects of her personality. And she's also really beautiful. Not saying that Yukino isn't, but Yui looks more beautiful and cuter to me. |
| Yui is a much better character than Yukino, but I'm sorry to say that it's not her happy ending. The finale of episode 4 dispelled all doubts, and as much as I love Yui, such are the sad facts. |

| Sorry dude, but Yukino is by far the best girl. Burdened by the expectations of her family, she is unable to carve a path for herself. Despite appearing strong and carrying a cold exterior, she is actually very fragile and lonely. She has more depth than Yui and is the driving factor behind Hachiman’s gradual change. Plus she goes “Nyaa~” and “Shaa~.” Which is very cute!! She is smart and beautiful and honest and probably the only one capable of making Hachiman’s dream job of “stay at home dad” a reality. She is also the only one who can give Hachiman a genuine relationship! Yes this is a copy pasta. Yukino goddess is the only one for 8man |

| Lol I don't even get why people are having "waifu wars" in this anime. The whole story of Oregairu really revolves about how Hachiman and Yukino change their world views and open themselves to other people by depending on each other. Yui's and other characters are important as well but their just stepping stones for the two imo. |

Preferably I want people to answer why would hachiman pick this girl and why. Just like what Comment #9 did ahh ok sorry for that I didn't understand it at first. And yeah for me its Yukino, why? Because she will give him the "genuine" thing. She is an honest person and yeah Hachiman doesn't really like cute girls(thats fake), if you know what I mean. |

Its about the girl best 4 hachiman I didn't say that Yukino isn't suitable for Hachiman. Rather, I believe Yukino and Hachiman together have the best compatibility even though some of their personality traits are vastly different. |

| While Yui and Hachiman are polar opposites and would probably put themselves out of their comfort zones at first, but if they are willing to change, they can learn a lot from each other. Yui can help Hachiman become a normie again, while Hachiman can help Yui to speak out her mind often. Yui is also extremely kind and tries her best when it comes to Hachiman. Though her best wasn't good enough. Yui provides the emotion and Hachiman provides the logic. Yukino and Hachiman's chemistry is great though it feels circle-jerk-ey at times. It's a possibility that their growth as people would stagnate and they'd be just two loners stuck in a world that doesn't understand them. Not to mention, Yukino has the ability to be really nasty when she's angry. But at least he gets to live on his house husband dreams by becoming an ultra leech lol. Yui is a safe bet, while Yukino is a wild card for the adventurous. Personally I prefer Yui, but Hachiman wants something genuine, so only Yukino can do that. |

| Just add Hachiman x Iroha in options too which is atleast better than shipping Yui with Hachiman. Yui just takes advantage to Hachiman's nature again and again and clinges to her despite knowing that Hachiman won't choose her and then cries literally every episode. People mentioning Yui torture aren't seeing Hachiman, Iroha and Yukino suffering too. Moreover Yui is increasing her problems over and over |

| Either Iroha else Saki for me. Yukino is a doormat people use, which has been branded as a "smart " device by whatever company. is actively trying to change hachiman instaid of a normal development overtime when people get comfortable and get out of their shell. shes also a little to bound to her view of 'self' to notice anything else. Yui is makes me think shes trying to include a loner into the "active daily lives of people" club inadvertently like Yukino trying to force change, she would still be my choice over yukino though. Saki because shes the only actually dependable and independent one of the series, she has good looks and is definitely wife material as shown repeatedly in the series. Iroha because she both shows yet hides her personality yet is more open without truly hiding, she comes across as a smart person to me without jabbering lines normal people wouldn't use in daily speech. her manipulations are also more in the harmless fun category rather then malicious and she is fun/active instaid of the whiny/active, which yui is. again, i'd say either iroha or saki, with both he is comfortable around the other and can speak his mind, can tease and have fun. its a nice dynamic which i can see blossom into love. all based on anime-only p.s. repost from other thread as that devolved into sandbox kiddy hour. |
